bcp does not sell replacement parts for their Kids Basketball Hoop. Because the tubes bend, particularly the top tubeC, the absence of replacement parts condems the rest of the system to the landfill. Shame on bcp.

This 3-step ladder was just the size I was looking for, but I was a little disappointed. It isn't as sturdy as I had hoped. I specifically bought this because I needed something that I could stand on the third step. I can do that, but I'm a little nervous when I do because it's just a tad bit shaky. I'm hoping it will improve as I get used to it and learn to distribute my weight a little better- I have a tendency to get in a hurry sometimes. Overall, it seems to be well made, and I like that it's made in the USA; it's also a pretty good price :)

It came with a few parts chipped off. This will eventually get bigger antifreeze it gets wet with swell up and become unusable. There were a few places that the pre drilled holes were off and the rollers do not fit properly. They tend to move ever time you move the unit and it makes it uneven. The door to hold the fool up extended table has nothing to secure it in place. I have to keep checking on it to make sure it hasn’t moved out of place or it will fall down. All of this is unnoticeable until you are about or done with putting it together. By that time it is too late to send it back. I don’t know how this can be fixed but maybe better manufacturing inspection?

The bench is very sturdy easy to put together and looks wonderful in my garden. Arrived with no dings or scratches. Wonderful product!

Well made. Directions were crystal clear. You can use the Allen wrench that is provided or a drill. Solid. Love the sage color. Rolling on carpet is not particularly easy but nice having the wheels.

The push plow arrived in a timely fashion. It was easy to assemble, and the quality appears to be very suitable. I had the opportunity to try this push plow several times and I am pleased with the results.

The raised beds do have A LOT of screws compared to some options. The most disappointing issue is the rust that has already developed on screw heads and the oxidation of paint after only half a season.

Great quality product at reasonable price. However, my adjustable bed arrived with tons of broken silica bags that had melted on different areas of the bed and required a thorough cleaning. It was quite the mess. I called concerned the small beads would cause damage to the motors but was advised it would be fine so I cleaned the mess and am enjoying the bed.

I recieved my tree quickly however I ordered my tree January 16, 2025 and I was charged February 13,2025. I do not think this is acceptable to charge almost a month after the item was purchased and recieved. I was not pleased as this cause significant issues with my bank.

The instructions were really easy to follow and I've never put anything together before in my life! The table is beautiful and looks amazing in my dining room, it's also very sturdy!
