I discovered BCP about 5 years ago and have ordered a number of outdoor items (umbrellas, fire pit, planters, etc.). All were delivered fast and in great shape. All have been great quality and have lasted a long time. I am happy with their products so far and will continue to order from them.

Very pleased with the products that I have received. 5 stars for products. 16 raised garden beds and 1 bird feeder station. -1 star Only was one item was missing and customer service thought giving me a refund would be the solution. I WANTED the missing item...so, wasted a week trying to communicate that I just wanted the item. Ended up self-servicing...and ordered a replacement on my own. Now, to monitor my credit card statement for the refund of the missing/not shipped/not received item.
