The umbrellas I purchased were beautiful and the color was a perfect match to our motel's doors. They arrived quickly, were well made, and easy to assemble. The fabric is heavy, and the crank and tilt functions are wonderful. The lights re a particular hit with our clients.
The product was cheaply made. The wood cracked in multiple spots. Two of the corner pieces split making an entire section useless. I wouldn’t buy again.
A little disappointed since they’ve been outside for a week and I’m already seeing rust. Not suppose to happen, especially this new!!

I received a planter that had to be assembled. There were no drilled pilot holes for the wood screws and I called for assistance. They sent me another one and told me not to bother sending the 'defective' one back. I received the second planter and there were no drilled pilot holes, but I was able to assemble it anyway. Maybe the pilot holes are unnecessary. I wish someone would have told me that intially! I went ahead and assembled the originally sent planter as well. Bottom line is, now I have two planters but I only paid for one. What do we do now ?

Quick delivery. Missing washers had to drive to Lowe’s to purchase washers.
The product seems fine. My problem is that within less than 5 minutes of placing my order, I realized I had ordered the wrong color. The website would not allow me to cancel. Rather, I had to send an email to customer service. When they got back to me, they told me they were also unable to cancel the order. What I had to do was refuse delivery upon its arrival. What a joke. They should have been able to stop the processing of the order so they didn't waste money for round trip shipping. Ridiculous.

The price was great and it was easy to assemble. My garden looks so nice with these raised beds.
This is a great value. Delivery was prompt and assembly was easy. I only wish it would be more wind resistant. It sways quite a bit even though the base weights are full.
Garden bed was sturdy and easy to put together and looks great in my backyard.
