We have just returned from a 3 week holiday touring Rajasthan and Mumbai. This well planned tour was arranged for us by Sanjay of Bespoke India Travel. We had met Sanjay in November 2017 at a travel show in Olympia, and after talking to him, it became very apparent that his enthusiasm, personal and detailed knowledge of all the hotels and places of interest convinced us to go with him. We asked him to organise our itinerary and choose the places to stay and visit. We are very pleased that the holiday was well paced with enough to do but also with adequate flexibility and down time so that we were well rested in between our travels. We stayed at 10 different locations with some very amazing places and experiences. We had a fabulous time and feel that India has stolen our hearts! We will be returning to India with Bespoke India Travel soon.

We booked our trip with Bespoke India after seeing them at the Travel show in Olympia. We were extremely impressed with the friendly knowledgeable way in which our dream holiday was put together. On their recommendation we added to the itinerary to include a national park and it was the highlight of the trip. The driver and guides we had were excellent, informative and friendly. We will use Bespoke India for our next trip and would not hesitate in recommending them.

We had such a wonderful time touring around Kerala with bespoke India travels, the holiday was well organised and went very smoothly. All hotels were clean and comfortable, nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and guides. This was our second holiday planned by Bespoke India Travel.First holiday was two years ago when we spent two weeks in Kerala staying in four different hotels.we had one of our best holidays ever. This time we explained to Sanjay what we wanted to see on our 12day holiday and the final four days to just unwind on a Ayurvedic/wellness resort. We stayed in very good hotels and were driven through Tamil Nadu and many historic Temples/Palaces by a local driver with knowledge. we were called often by local agents in India if we have any complaints. we are already planning our next trip with Bespoke India Travel.

From the moment we arrived in Cochin, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel relaxed and safe. Our guide was thoughtful, friendly and helpful and drove us with care. Everything went according to plan, our driver/ guide arrived well before our departure time on every occasion and we were expected at every venue. At performances we had front row seats. Our hotels were all beautiful and the staff very keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Many thanks to Bespoke India for ensuring our holiday was such a happy and special time.

I Have just returned from India, A trip planned by Sanjay Oberoi at Bespoke India Travel. \the whole trip was first class. My partner and I started off by flying to Dehli, we were picked up at the airport by the Bespoke India Rep and introduced to Parveen who would be our dtriver for the first part of our holiday and so our adventure began.... We stayed in Palaces Forts and Homestays each place was amazing, we kept thinking that the next place to stay wouldn't be as good but how wrong we were. The Fort at Nagaur was amazing, we were treated like royalty we felt so special, we were taken on a tour of the Fort which was fantastic, We were treated so well throughout our trip we didn't want to leave Rajasthan.Then we flew to Kerala...and....Our next driver Shylan was another good driver and always helpful. Nothing that I can say can describe how wonderful our holiday was. We made friends in Rajasthan and Kerala and are still in contact with them. In Munnar we had a guide called Rajesh Chandran he was with us at the tea plantation and he was so knowledgeable and interesting. whilst in Munnar we had an evening with a family and cooked our own evening meal,anyone who goes to India should try this, the evening was a great sucess, we were with six other people who we hadn't met before,and it was perfect. We will have to return again to india, this was our 2nd trip and so wish that we had found Sanjay Oberoi of Bespoke Travel in 2015 the help we we received was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, at every airport, hotel,the reps,staff and drivers were marvellous. I think you can tell that I love India.......

The places we visited, the hotels, guides and the cars and drivers (1 for each state visited) we had were first class. The documentation we received prior to our departure was clear and precise, including help and advice on clothing, money and visas. Once in India we were greeted by a very helpful rep who provided a well presented and very useful info pack, copies of our itinerary, hotel vouchers and a map of India. Our complete holiday from the initial contact, through to our arrival back home ran smoothly and as already stated exceeded our expectations. thank you Sanjay @ BESPOKE INDIA TRAVEL

Really would highly recommend Sanjay from Bespoke Travel when booking a trip to India, his knowledge was in depth and he also understood clearly what we wanted out of our trip. My only criticism would be that spending 3 nights in Delhi over Republic Day was not clever as many of the sites were closed and our itinerary had to be adapted accordingly. On the plus side our cycling tour in Delhi was one of my highlights. Having booked through Responsible Travel I would question the option offered of the elephant ride to the fort in Jaipur but that remained a choice for us. The trip to the textile village in Bagru was wholly responsible and very interesting. The Homestay way of travelling in India was enlightening, every place was individual and they all had a 'story'.

The travel agency in UK were excellent, carrying out really detailed research into our aims, preferences, likes, dislikes etc and very cleverly guiding our choices to organise a superbly thought out, well planned itinerary. Once in India, the itinerary was well paced, with plenty to do but also enough flexibility and down town so we didn’t get too tired.

Thanks to Bespoke India Travel we had one of the most interesting holidays ever! The company were very knowledgeable and gave us a great choice of itineraries. The accommodation was very good. All the guides, travel representatives and the driver were very efficient and really helpful. It was a really great experience.

We arranged our own flights, Bespoke India arranged accommodation, transport and all other aspects of the itinerary within India. Everything from our first enquiry through to finalisation of the arrangements was perfect - our contact at Bespoke India, Sanjay, listened, gave appropriate advice, amended plans to suit, and kept us in the loop right through the planning phase. Once we arrived in India, everything from pick-up at Delhi airport to drop-off at Jaipur airport went smoothly, the driver and local guides all did an excellent job. The trip included visits to many major monuments and sights. One thing that was not included, but the driver was happy to help with was a visit to the Mehtab Bagh gardens on the opposite side of the river from the Taj Mahal. This is probably the best view of the Taj, particularly late afternoon approaching sunset. I'd recommend anyone to ask for this to be included in their itinerary. We had hoped for "heritage" hotels. Three out of four were exactly that, but it seems demand in Agra is higher than supply, and we had to use a modern, big chain hotel. Nothing wrong with the hotel, just not what we would have liked. Don't read this as a criticism of Bespoke India, we knew about this hotel before finalising the booking. We had one slight hiccup. We had arranged three trips into the tiger reserve at Ranthambore, but the local rep only had details of two. This was quickly sorted out and we got the three we expected (but never found out what caused the confusion). There can never be a guarantee of seeing tigers, so I'd recommend booking as many trips as you have time for. We were lucky, saw a tiger within 15 minutes of entering the reserve on the first trip. Subsequent trips had plenty of spectacular scenery, plenty of other wildlife, but sadly no more tigers. We followed the Golden Triangle with a visit to Kerala which we booked independently of Bespoke India. Sanjay helped to ensure that the two trips dovetailed perfectly. For anyone who has the time, I'd recommend a visit to Kerala after the Golden Triangle. It was a perfect way to wind down after the hectic north, and I'm sure Bespoke India can offer plenty of options if requested.

We had a great time. Everything worked to plan and all the hotels were great. Even when the drivers at the safari park went on strike we still managed to get into the park. The organisation of the whole trip could not have been better. Gopal our driver was really good. Always available when needed even on our free days.

We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Kerala and Madurai which was organised for us by Sanjay at Bespoke India Travel. We were very impressed with all aspects of our adventure from the planning of the trip with Sanjay through to the exemplary organisation on the ground in India. Everything worked like clockwork and we were delighted with our hotels, tours and guides. However, a special 'thank you' must be said to our driver, Binu. He was a charming man with a good sense of humour and was a safe and competent driver...we really appreciated the care he took of us! The hotels that Sanjay organised for us were excellent and we enjoyed all of them. However, being upgraded to a private pool villa at 'The Heritage' in Madurai was rather special as was 'the welcome back' cake my friend received on what was her second visit to 'Spice Village' in Thekaddy This was my first visit to India and I must say that I am as smitten as my friend who has travelled to India on a number of occasions. We will definitely return to India in the very near future and we thoroughly recommend Sanjay and Bespoke Travel to help plan your trip to this beguiling country with its wonderfully warm and welcoming people.
