Bespoke India organised a wonderful holiday. All the hotels were exceptional and each added to the overall holiday experience. The driver and the guides used were all extremely good and experienced.

They planned an itinerary which met our needs and ensured while in India were looked after at every change of location. Things can go wrong on such a holiday and we had one small issue ( hence 4 stars and not five) , this was dealt with by the local rep who followed up later in the holiday that all worked out well in the end.

My tour was very well booked. The itinerary was well arranged to ensure all my needs were met. A very good support team in India- who tracked my daily activities and ensured all went smoothly. Very good time keeping with regard to drivers and guides for every tour so no delays. Good choice of hotels. Very professional and efficient arrangement and handling of the tour. As I was planning our recent trip to Kerala, India, I cast my net very broadly to identify a company that I could work with. I was looking for a company that would fit our budget and work with us to make sure we got to see the things of interest to us. I narrowed down a field of close to 20 down to 5 and then 3. All through my planning process, Sanjay at Bespoke Travel was the only one that quickly answered every question, and picked up on every idea or nuance of my queries and responded with a suggestion or explanation. He was open to changes in itineraries and kept us within our budget. And that was just in the planning part. When we arrived, everything was very well planned and organized. We had a great knowledgeable and personable driver, who really was one of our very favorite parts of our journey. He took excellent care of us, adapting and adjusting to our queries and interests as we traveled. Our biggest complaint was that the trip was too short. No matter what happened, the usual bumps in the road that accompany any trip, everything was very smooth and pleasant. Our driver, Sajith guided and drove us for two weeks during October and November 2018. Starting at the airport in Thiruvananthapuram and ending at the airport in Kochi, we visited Tamil Nadu and in between those two points, we traveled extensively through locations throughout the backwaters, coastal lowlands, and mountains of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Sajith’s driving skills, his patience, his kindness, his amazing sense of humor, and his knowledge of the touristic sites in these states were such that I would rate his service to us as exceptional. I am aware of the challenging conditions in which we drove, most significantly in highly populated areas and on curvy roads in the mountains. I always felt safe with Sajith, and bumpy roads became an object of humor after a few days. I would not hesitate recommend him to anyone who wanted to engage in the travel we enjoyed so much. He is a great asset to the travel. I often wish my friends and fellow travelers “uneventful travel” where everything from arrival to departure and between destinations goes smoothly. We spent nearly five weeks in India in November/December:- our second holiday there in 2018. Once again, Sanjay at Bespoke India Travel made the arrangements for us. This time we spent some days a bit off the beaten track, but all the guides were knowledgable and interesting and our driver was fantastic. We had every confidence in him. Sanjay always takes time to find out what his clients likes and interests are and what sort of level of comfort they want. For us, we had a mixture of simple hotels, boutique establishments, homestays and some relaxing luxury accommodation. The itinerary was incredibly varied and we were thrilled with parts of India that we'd been wanting to see for years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bespoke India Travel to anyone planning an Indian trip. You don't have to go for five weeks! My mother and I travelled on a private tour of the Golden Triangle and Kerala in October 2018. From the first reply to my initial enquiry to the assistance with checking in at Kochi airport for our flight home, we knew we were in good hands. Sanjay and his team on the ground in India took excellent care of us, ensuring that every aspect of the itinerary was tailored to our needs and interests, and that all the little details were taken care of. All the accommodation choices were of a high standard - very clean and comfortable - as well as characterful and small enough to feel homely. Our drivers were friendly, informative, and very experienced at navigating the roads and traffic. Sanjay helped us plan a big, multi-generation family trip to Kerala over Christmas and New Year. Our group of 13 ranged in age from 13 to 79. We've visited a number of countries as a big family group and we all agree that this Kerala trip was the best trip ever. We stayed in seven different hotels including a farm-stay and a houseboat. We loved the warm and friendly welcome everywhere we went and our hosts went way beyond the call of duty to involve us in local events such as a Hindu wedding and a local school performance (more Bollywood than school performance!) Activities ranged from seeing tea and spice plantations to fishing, cycling, cooking demonstrations and spotting elephants and bison in a national park. We covered a lot of ground in Kerala and always felt safe and secure with our driver who was charming. The food was amazing and at the end we stayed a luxurious hotel with a beach to relax for a couple of days. I would recommend Sanjay and Bespoke Travel to anyone planning a trip to India

From the very first email, to the end of our trip in India, Sanjay and the Bespoke India Travel team provided us with incredible customer service & built the trip of a lifetime for my wife and I. We did the Golden Triangle (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur) and then flew down south to Kerala. Sanjay took the time to talk with us for months to truly understand what we wanted out of the trip, and made sure to stay within our price range but not compromising quality. He was transparent and honest throughout the process and I must say, we stayed in the best hotels, had the nicest drivers, ate the best food, and the tour guides were all so knowledagble about their respective locations. Every single step of our journey was perfectly planned and we always had contact numbers and locals to reach out to if needed. We can’t recommend Bespoke India Travel enough. Trust them to put together a truly custome itinerary that will leave a lasting impact on you!

Last March, I posted a review of Bespoke Travel and of Sanjay Oberoi, the proprietor. This was nearly five months before going and, here I am, nearly four months after returning, completing the exercise.So, not in the full flush of enthusiasm on return but considered over time. In my first review, I gave five stars for the planning and service and hoped that the reality would match the expectations. I can honestly award Sanjay five stars again, as the holiday not only matched but exceeded my expectations. I was leading a party of seven and I am writing this review with their full knowledge. Everything that was planned for our three week trip went ahead, almost fully according to plan, as the start was a little disrupted through bad weather before our arrival. The mark of a good company is to cover such issues, hopefully seamlessly, and I'm happy to report that Bespoke Travel achieved just that. Our trip was three weeks, with a standard Rajasthan tour including Delhi, Shimla, Agra, Jaipur, and Udaipur plus a special extra to Varanasi on the Ganges. We had the same guide, Hemant Singh, throughout and this proved a real,benefit to all of us. Fully recommended and very reasonably priced ( especially for a private party of our size), as the guide almost became the eighth member of my group and that helps.. There were a couple of times when, to meet particular interests, the tour was slightly amended when out there and this was done enthusiastically with pleasant service and no hassle. Flexibility to suit the party was clearly available.. Sanjay was in direct contact with me throughout the planning stage, mainly by email and then later by phone, and, whilst we were away, the personal service continued but only when I emailed Sanjay. He wasn't intrusive.There when needed! The party all thought that the overall price was incredibly attractive and extremely good value. I chose Sanjay and Bespoke Travel above the better known larger company names in the market and received what you might expect from a small operation -- personal service. I would highly recommend Bespoke Travel and, it should be said, India. Phenomenal returns from both. Well worth the planning, expense and time. And I'm not normally easily pleased!

We had the most amazing holiday in South India in October 2018. Sanjay really listened to what we wanted and made excellent recommendations on places to see and stay and what was achievable in the time. The organisation of what was quite a complex trip with lots of connections and transfers was superb. We recommend Bespoke India Travel highly to anyone wanting to visit India and would certainly use them again.

Couldn't find a tour of Southern India that went everywhere we wanted to go so we asked 3 companies to quote for our requirements. Sanjay responded immediately and worked with us and within our budget to produce exactly what we wanted. We had already used other companies as well as our own endeavours to tour North India and China and Bespoke India Travel are way better than Intrepid and Rickshaw. Highly recommended!

My sister and I spent 2 weeks travelling in southern India, on an itinerary completely organised by Bespoke India Travel. We had a wonderful time. Our driver made sure our every need was catered for, and each hotel was a joy to stay in. We fell in love with India and will most certainly be back. I will be returning with Bespoke India Travel as they could not have done anymore to make our trip more memorable.
