We were a party of 5 who wanted an Indian adventure, so we set out a broad plan of ideas and destinations and asked for quotes from a couple of companies we discovered at the Travel Show as well as a few of the 'big names'.in the business. By far the most helpful, adaptable and sympathetic to our requirements as well as being the best value for the holiday we actually wanted was Bespoke India. Sanjay went over and above all expectations to satisfy our needs, and was courteous and understanding when we made changes. The holiday itself went without a hitch and each element dovetailed into the next perfectly..The guides were mostly top notch and our drivers were also very good.The skill with which they navigate the roads in the Indian traffic remaining cool and unflappable is admirable. We will never complain of bad driving or congestion on the roads in the UK ever again!, The 'link' reps were on the ball and took us through the transition stages with a confidence that put us all at ease. All the hotels were great and staff always helpful and friendly. La Plage in Kerala was delightful and we had very spacious accommodation with a lovely 'private' beach. We would certainly return there and to the other hotels - good recommendations. In fact we would all like to express our sincere thanks to Sanjay for his superb organisation as we had a wonderful holiday - and we did see a tiger at Ranthambore!. We will certainly use Bespoke India again..

We 3 women had a great experience with Bespoke Travel representatives and staff in India during Diwali. They were on site to meet us at each location, often called to ensure that we were satisfied with our accommodation, and organized our trip with good guides, an excellent and calm driver and time to explore each destination on our own. One thing they couldn’t do anything about was the air quality in Delhi and Jaipur. It might be important to find out from guests if anyone has breathing or respiratory issues, as we found our eyes stinging and found ourselves coughing at the end of some days. However, overall we had a fascinating experience and would recommend this type of travel to the curious and adventurous!

Excellent intelligent guides made the most of our fulsome itinary. They provided much background knowledge and were very attentive to detail. All hotels were of a good standard. One thing that worried me was that the coach design had not provided a proper seat with seat belt for the driver's assistant. Both these men too were most thoughtful and efficient.

Great service when organising the tour to suite our requirements and very quick to resolve the issue when we had a problem. Some wonderful hotels and guides and driver very helpful and informative. Would definitely book with them again.

21 days taking in the Punjab, Himalaya, Golden Triangle, Ranthambore National Park, and Rajasthan. Too many incredible places to mention them all. From start to finish, and even before we started, Bespoke delivered everything we dreamed of and more. Carefully planned and tailored, our itinerary was delivered by the most accomplished and courteous drivers, guides and representatives we have ever experienced. Regular check-ins from our in country coordinator meant nothing was left to chance and we had the opportunity to fine tune as we went along. Our comfort and safety was their number one priority and we were never worried about any aspect of our trip. We felt very privileged as each of our guides seemed to know just how to get the best view, arrive at just the right time and avoid the crowds where possible (although some of our best experiences were mingling with local people although never feeling threatened or concerned for our safety), and we experienced things it seemed few others did. Too many highlights to mention but on a personal note our guide went above and beyond to arrange a visit to my fathers birthplace and many locations of personal family interest in addition to our printed itinerary. Bespoke arranged for us to share Diwali with an Indian family which will always be a special memory. All incredible emotional and memorable. Looking forward to another Bespoke holiday soon.

Just returned from2 1/2 week trip to India and it was fantastic. Couldn't fault any of the arrangements; hotel, guides, visits, food were all excellent. It was a packed programme that exceeded my expectations and I would recommend Bespoke without any hesitation.

Our visit to India ran like a fine Swiss watch thanks to the attention to detail and and organisational skill of Bespoke India Travel. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They delivered beyond our expectations and as a result we are very happy to give a 5 star recommendation.

Bespoke India put together a very innovative holiday for us, visiting contrasting places, from dynamic Kolkata, to the hill country around Darjeeling and into Sikkim, ending with a 6 day tour around Bhutan. The cultural and landscape experiences were well put together and the quality of the hotels by and large very good. The guides were informative and the drivers very safe on the winding roads (the lady driver in Bhutan was particularly impressive).

We met Sanjay at the Destinations Travel Show in February 2018 when we were starting to think about a trip to India and his enthusiasm and suggestions convinced us that a trip to Rajasthan was the right thing for us. We had some reservations about booking with a smaller company but these proved to be completely unfounded. Sanjay took the time to organise an itinerary tailored to our requirements, with excellent hotel recommendations and was happy to incorporate some of our own suggestions, including a late change of hotel. Once in India, all of the arrangements worked perfectly, our driver was safe, courteous and friendly and the guides were knowledgeable and helpful. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be booking with Bespoke India Travel again.

The "Golden Triangle in Style" with Udaipur added on - Bespoke India Travel. Sanjay arranged the trip perfectly to suit our very specific dates. Everything was impeccably organised and communication was outstanding, both before and during the trip. The drivers were excellent, tour guides incredible and ground staff brilliant. We stayed at Oberoi Hotels, which were amazing. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely book with them on our next trip to India.

We had a great experience with Bespoke India Travel. They built a good itinerary for us and gave us very good handholding whilst in India. Their driver was top-notch. However they most impressed me when they had to change half of our route (hotels and all) with two-days notice due to some unforeseen flooding in Kerala - they did that without charging an extra cent.

We came across this company at a travel show and we subsequently booked an amazing trip to Kerala. The recent floods caused some concerns but at all times, Sanjay kept us informed with accurate information & we made the decision to go ahead with our plans for travel. We never regretted it .... the trip was well planned, the hotels amazing & the people, well what can I say..... they made the trip!! It was a great introduction to India & we will definitely return at some point in the future & will certainly use Bespoke India Travel to arrange this.

Bespoke India Travel is an excellent travel company ! Sanjay prepared our first trip to India with great enthusiasm for the country and perceptive awareness of our needs and hopes. From our arrival in Kerala, we had first class care, highly efficient handling and warm friendliness for the whole 10 days of our trip. We were made welcome throughout Kerala and we were in awe of the people who had, within a month, overcome the problems of significant flooding. Kerala is fully operational as a tourist venue and is a beautiful and amazing country - so please go now as so many rely on the tourist industry for a living. Sanjay from Bespoke India Travel took the lead in organising a trip to the Golden Triangle inclusive of a safari to Ranthambore Tiger Reserve for myself and my son based on our budget. Everything went perfectly. He is brilliant at what he does and his enthusiasm for India and what the country has to offer is infectious. He genuinely wants his clients to have the best experience possible, and we did. The hotels suggested by him were exceptional, as were his representatives, guides, and our driver. Everything went perfectly smoothly. We were met by a friendly and polite representative at each stage of travel and were even helped by them during the check-in processes. At one stage on our trip I was contacted by phone to be informed that our chosen hotel had recently received some bad reviews and would we mind if they arranged for us to be upgraded to another hotel in the same vicinity at their expense. The answer was of course yes, and the new hotel was fabulous. I have no hesitation in grading Sanjay's service 5 star. Overall we experienced a completely faultless trip and service. I contacted Sanjay to organise a trip to India for my son and husband to tour the Golden Triangle and I must say he arranged everything within our price budget. He organised everything to perfection and did an amazing job as my son and husband had an incredible trip. I would highly recommend Sanjay!

Sanjay at Bespoke India Travel organised a 12 day tour of Kerala for us at Easter, and we had a really good time! I was very pleased in particular with the organisation and planning - Sanjay was very knowledgeable about the different properties that we could stay at and the activities on offer at each location, and he took great care to make sure the trip was very well tailored to what we wanted - for example we were clear that we wanted plenty of local cooking, and the hotels and homestays he recommended were great for food, with plenty of opportunity to watch it being prepared and interact with the cooks. Also Sanjay made some really helpful suggestions based on his experience and knowledge (for example, he recommended 2 days on a houseboat where most Kerala tours tend to have only one, and having done it, it is absolutely clear that was the right recommendation). He was really willing and helpful to change things around right up to the time we left and this attention to detail, knowledge and desire to get it right specifically for us is what made it a great holiday.

Before our holiday we had extensive discussions with Sanjay about our requirements and he spent many weeks ensuring that these were all met. The holiday was fantastic. His exceptional attention to detail meant that at every point along our trip we were met by knowledgeable guides and drivers who ensured our journeys were both enjoyable and informative. Of the three national parks we visited in Madhya Predesh (Kanha, Pench and Satpura) our favourite was Kanha where we stayed at the Singinawa Jungle Lodge where the whole experience was enhanced by the wonderful staff, in particular our naturalist Sachin who is both knowledgeable and great fun. We were very fortunate in seeing all the animals that we had hoped for across the 3 national parks (eg. tigers, sloth bears, dhole, jackal, wild boar, many deer, langurs, macaques, as well as a huge variety of birds) but unfortunately the leopards were elusive. The accommodation and food at all lodges was excellent. Following an overnight stay in Bhopal where we experienced a little of Indian city life we flew to Kerala to start the next part of our adventure: three days and nights on a Spice boat sailing the Keralan backwaters. Our crew (comprising captain, chef and engineer) were great, keeping us amused, well fed and watered (with five star meals) and identifying the bird life throughout the trip. Accommodation was very comfortable and included air conditioning. Our final stay was at the Old Harbour Hotel in Fort Cochin which, once again, lived up to the high standards of the trip with exceptional staff, food and great massages. All in all a fantastic holiday. We loved India and hope to arrange a further trip with Sanjay in the near future. Liz & Simon Draper
