Experienced excellent support both during the planning of our trip to Kerala and whilst in India. The hotels, guides, drivers etc were all great. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday will use Bespoke India again.

Our holiday in India was an amazing experience. Sanjay's detailed and in-depth knowledge of India enabled him to fine tune our itinerary to meet our requirements. The hotels and lodges were all excellent. All transfers worked like clockwork. We didn't have to look for any reps at airports or train stations; they were all waiting for us. We were looked after every step of the way. The guides in Delhi and Agra were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and were happy to change the itinerary if we wanted to. Thanks to the naturalists at the 3 lodges we saw an amazing variety of wildlife, not just tigers. Highlights were getting up close and personal with tigers on several occasions, the Taj Mahal and very unexpectedly the rickshaw ride through Old Delhi; that definitely got the adrenaline going even if we were only going at about 5mph. From Roeland , myself and Harald and Tracy ,we want to thank you and your team for the most incredible trip we have ever experienced . From the moment we stepped off the plane and welcomed, to the very end when we were escorted to or flights , everyone was so prompt , welcoming and courteous .Everything ran like clockwork. The hotels , itinerary, transportation and every experience along the way had us mesmerised and spellbound , yes it is Incredible India ! The sights ,sounds, food and colour, wow, and Ranthambore, not just one tiger spotting ,but three spotting’s , how lucky were we . The Taj Mahal just blew us away and our guide in Agra, Brejesh Joshi we rate ten out of ten, he had us spellbound . Thank you for suggesting we add on Udaipur to our itinerary we loved the Udai Kothi hotel. Actually it is difficult to pick a favourite as each hotel had something different and exciting to offer , everything was amazing ,and everyone , everywhere, went the extra mile to make our visit one to remember. Many, many thanks once again for the most incredible trip, I have a feeling that one of these days we will be travelling back to India and will most certainly contact you . There were a couple of quibbles, the main was that they didn't pass on that I don't eat meat but do eat fish. Which was an issue. They could have got some fish in with some warning. Applied for all the 3 places we visited. The travelling arrangements were great, even when one flight was cancelled but the ground agents sorted it out very quickly. Bespoke were very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get in touch with them. Definitely recommend this company.

Excellent personal service from someone who knows the locations and hotels intimately

My husband and I planned our tiger safari trip through Sanjay at Bespoke India travel and it was the highlight of our one month trip to India. From start to finish Sanjay was absolutely fantastic, his knowledge of the country meant we were given the best advice when planning and he was always only too happy to answer any questions we had both prior to booking and throughout travel. We were lucky to have two separate tiger sightings and everything ran perfectly. For anyone looking to visit India, I cannot recommend Bespoke India Travel enough!

Sanjay was amazing organising our tiger safari in Jim Corbett National Park. Jim's Jungle lodge was beautiful, peaceful and had lovely touches including tiger door handles and hummingbird door knocks! We had an amazing siting of 3 tigers here which would not have been possible without Sanjay, thanks so much!

We could not have had a better experience. Sanjay designed a wonderful trip for us. He took account of all our personal needs supplying extension cords for medical equipment I needed to travel. Our driver Santhosh was simply the best. He looked after us through every day from shielding us against traffic in busy streets to making sure we ate from reputable food vendors. I love chai from roadside stalls. He made sure the chai was served in sterile paper cups etc. took us only to reliable restaurants. Wonderful accommodation all the way. Great hiking with guides. In short Bespoke have made this the best experience of south India we could ever have hoped for.

We had a fabulous holiday with diverse experiences and thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip. We managed to see the tigers on the first outing into Tadoba, but unfortunately didn’t see them again. However, all the other animals and birds were just as exciting and impressive. Both the naturalist from the lodge and the park guides made every effort to ensure we saw as much as possible. The lodge at Tadoba was really friendly and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The lodge was comfortable and the food and service excellent. All the travel arrangements worked as planned, the only problem being when we arrived in Nagpur there was no driver for us. As it turned out, we should just have been a little more patient as the plane had arrived earlier than expected. The other venues and arranged trips all worked perfectly. Our guides on all occasions were friendly and helpful, especially our driver Rajeev who looked after us throughout Kerala. The bird naturalist at Thattakadu was absolutely excellent going out of his way to find us the unusual and special birds in the area. The tented camp was a little basic and could have been cleaner, but the staff were mostly friendly, the food was good and the setting was stunning. The hotel at Cardamom County in Thekkady was just what we needed and was a welcome bit of luxury after the camp. We had a very pleasant afternoon wandering through the town. The boat trip here was not the best, it was overcrowded and a little regimented whereby we all had to sit in allocated seats and wear life jackets on a boat that appeared to be a ferry. It felt unnecessary and we did not see much from the boat. However, it was good to see a different part of the country. The final highlight of the trip was the houseboat at the end. This was extremely relaxing and the food was excellent. Having 3 crew members to service the 4 of us was perfect. A fantastic way to end the holiday.

Bespoke travel were recommended to us by Responsible Travel along with several other companies. We chose Bespoke India Travel based partly on other online reviews, but mainly on Sanjay's understanding of our desired itinerary. He suggested a different routing with a direct flight to Amritsar which we were unaware of! He gave us several options for hotels in each place and the overall standard was very good. We visited Amritsar, Shimla, Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, and were well looked after by the various drivers and guides except one of the Delhi drivers who had rather an aggressive driving style. The local agents were all very good, we were met without fail at airports and railway stations, and they also successfully accommodated us with a late request to visit an elephant sanctuary on our way to Agra. The hot air balloon trip in Jaipur was definitely one of the highlights of the trip! India is a fascinating country, but also rather chaotic, and Bespoke's professional planning and service ensured we had a fantastic time!

Our recent trip to India was 5 star +. The arrangements were excellent & made the whole trip flow. We were met at the airport & other destinations so there was no worry about tickets to places of interest or our onward journeys. Everything went so smoothly - the planning was excellent. Our trip went exactly as planned. All our transfers went smoothly and the pick ups and drop offs were on time. The guides were good, particularly in Kolkata and the drivers were careful. Our reservations are that we probably picked the wrong itinerary as it was not the time of year to see the views in Sikkim and Darjeeling- as we learnt when we got there. We well extremely well looked after - perhaps a little too much as we’re happy to venture off on our own. Having said that I would recommend the company for its meticulous planning.

A great holiday to India and Nepal. Everything worked perfectly. All the guides and drivers were excellent and the hotels were great. For a first time visitor India can be a little intense but we were helped at every step and all the arrangements fitted together perfectly. BI had suggested rail journeys between Delhi/Agra/Ranthambore and these were great ideas to provide a feel for India railways and avoid some tiring road trips. BI are a travel agent that adds to your holiday whereas many just act as a booking agent. I would recommend them without hesitation.

This was our 2nd trip organised by Sanjay and as he promised it even managed to exceed our first. All the organisation and logisticscs ran like clockwork and as we exercised some flexibility in our programme all the arrangements seamlessly got amended to match. Thinking about our third trip already.

We had a really marvellous tour of Rajasthan: a reliable, friendly driver and excellent guides who knew all the ropes and shortcuts at busy tourist sites, a warm welcome in delightful heritage hotels and homestays. We enjoyed sightseeing at our own - rather slow- pace and felt Bespoke India Travel cared for us brilliantly from start to finish.

Our three week holiday in Northern India went without a hitch thanks to Sanjay's planning and the excellent support provided in all our destinations. There was always someone to meet us at airports or stations and take us to our hotels, and our driver Anil who accompanied us for the first two weeks was so professional and helpful. Sanjay's proposal for our tour was much more interesting and imaginative than itineraries suggested by other travel agencies and he was very quick to answer any queries we had both before and during our trip. We would have no reservations about booking with Bespoke again.

We have just returned from a wonderful 5 week holiday in India travelling from Amritsar in the north to Kerala in the south; it more than exceeded our expectations. Apart from a cancelled internal flight, which was not the agent's fault and for which we received recompense and a fulsome apology, everything went like clockwork. We were very impressed with the efficiency of their ground agents and we did not have to worry about a thing. We are planning to return to India and we will definitely use Bespoke India again. My wife and I have recently returned from such a stunningly great holiday in Kerala that I could spend ages writing about it and explaining why. But I won't. Obviously much of it was about the beauty of the place and the variety of things to do and see there, however, the value of the contribution made by Sanjay of Bespoke India Travel in arranging precisely what we wanted, where we wanted it and in recommending people and places, and in country ground operators, was immense. It's simple, if you want to go to anywhere in India the only company to use is Bespoke India.
