Easy & helpful website. Ordered but our delivery address had more characters than was allowed on the online order form, which was a bit frustrating trying to abbreviate the full address!

There is a problem with the billing address. In the house number/name field the maximum character length is 10 characters. This means I cannot enter the full name of my house, so had to just enter the first part of the name. The payment was accepted by my bank, which surprised me. I hope you are now able to find my house to deliver the goods

Had to fill in my details several times due to limitations on letters in boxes etc - just a hassle.
Wish I had of listened to the bad reviews! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bought a table just under 6 months ago and it’s falling apart. It came broken in the box but it was underneath the table so I never complained at the time but I wish I did. Over the last few months I noticed the surface of the table coming away in patches like the lacquer used on top of the table was melting off and anything that got sat on the table caused it to peel off further. From the photos I thought it was wood but it’s cheaply made. Sent emails with photos, they said they never received the photos, sent again then they said the images were too small to see, sent again and they have come back to me and said that the faults are mechanical and therefore not under warranty. Absolutely horrific customer service. Sold a faulty table that now needs put in the bin and they are refusing to give me my money back and cheekily offered me 50% off a new table. Will be reporting the company. UPDATE: I have been advised by citizens advice to report this company to trading standards and also the fraud bureau as a number of other people are having the same problem as me. They’re now ignoring all my emails. Absolute scam of a company.
