I believe your promotion for sign up was misleading - I thought the 35% discount was off the $58 price....but that price was already the discounted price. Also, I thought your reports were very limited with lots of incorrect information. I've cancelled already after the 3 months my initial payment covered.

I use BV as an aide to Genealogy work and many times need it for only a day or two.
Well, they’ve deducted $ from my bank account, I’ve sent them emails and debugging info, plus a few screenshots showing where my account renews in the 2nd week of next year. But still haven’t heard back from them and the app is still asking me to pay, and won’t perform the operation asked of it
