it tool longer than promised

Ordered in July 2023, company never contacted me regarding any delays. I assumed the product was not being delivered, until I received an email that it shipped in July 2024, to my old house. Arrived August 2024. Would never consider using this company again for anything. Stay away.

I got a recommendation for a particular grill and it has worked very well so far. The delivery was smooth and it looks great. The only reason for 4 stars is that a couple of small parts were missing on the inside to protect the wires etc.

Everything arrived as ordered

The only reason I gave 4⭐️ is because the items were out of stock and took almost 2months to finally arrive. Missed out on a few weeks of grilling.

Went online looking for a part for my Napoleon fire pit that I couldn’t find anywhere, but I did find the original manual with the part number for what I needed and entered it in and came up with your site extremely fast and efficient got it no time exactly what I wanted. Great service.

Very easy to order, they shipped my new BBQ grill fast. Good communication once the order was placed telling me what stage the order was in until it shipped, as well as providing me the tracking number. Over all a very positive buying experience!!

Ordering was fast and easy. It did cost $20 for delivery which was a bit pricey for a grate.

To be honest, did not talk at all to any of them. Transaction was 100% online without any assle. Care was given to package the BBQ on the wood pallet and item arrived without a scratch or torn packaging. Negative side, disparity with email received from BBQing and shipper. Tracking from shipping company is attrocious and definitly not arrived in 2024 tech wise ! Shipper did not take appointment for delivery, fortunatly GPS system in my region give a hard time and is not reliable so the driver had to call me meters away from my place and nobody was home. Had to negotiate for it not to be left on the curb side in a perfectly paved driveway that give 0 hard time to carrier dolly.

I received my order as anticipated. The shipment was not damaged and it was the exact model as requested.

buy an item, I'm told 2 to 3 weeks, 5 weeks later I had to contact them to find out what was happening... no follow-up when they are several weeks late

Still waiting on a Gozney gift promised to me but overall it was worth the weight. Product delivery was efficient and everything worked out very well. Thank you for providing our family with a great pizza oven.
