The products that I ordered took far longer to arrive than expected. I suspect this is an issue wiht the supplier / manufacturer rather than Capital BBQ. My issue would be that I picked up all of what i ordered because it was so slow to arrive, i had to chase it down and once it landed I drove over to get it. Still, i was charged a delivery fee and they would not give it back.

They have a great selection of big lump charcoal and smoking wood. Keeps my BGE doing its' thing! Service is tops! Prices are reasonable. Quality of products sold are unmatched in the box stores.

I recently ordered the Rotisserie Kit for my (large) Big Green Egg. It was for a good price and I did't have to wait long for it to arrive. I'm absolutely thrilled with the item--it adds a whole new dimension to cooking on the Egg!

After searching all over Ottawa, I finally found the perfect fire pit at Capital BBQ—the incredible Ambiance Fiero 21" Smokeless Fire Pit. It's rare to find something of this quality, and even a year later, it still looks brand new! The double-wall construction with 304 stainless steel is top-notch, and with just a quick vinegar clean once a month, it stays in perfect condition. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer experience. The staff is knowledgeable without being pushy, and the whole vibe feels welcoming and homey. If you're looking for high-quality outdoor gear, this place is a hidden gem!
