Items were continuously back ordered but the issue was that the company wasn’t proactively informing me of the situation. I needed to always contact them for an update with extremely long periods in between communication I thought they forgot about my order.

The part I ordered is cheap junk, made in China. You can’t tighten the temp probe to the lid without damaging the probe itself. This is the second one I’ve bought, and same thing happened. And no…I’m not over tightening it.
According to an email they sent me, I was supposed to be contacted before the delivery for an appointment, but never was and it arrived without notice. Luckily, I was home to receive it. But shipping delivery was quick and no other issues.

They will leave your BBQ on the curb. Its in the small print of the shipping policy You will need to find a service to help get the BBQ to where it needs to go in your backyard/back deck etc. Unlike all other appliance businesses I have ordered from BBQing will not partner with a local service, its their policy. Better get some help, dollies etc.
