UPDATE: Just received a call from Kathleen/Customer service. All is well. So happy with the follow-through! I did not receive what I ordered. I have to do all the work to get what I ordered even though the company has all the records.

The store sells very high quality products at decent prices. The only place in Ottawa that always has Kamado Joe XL Lump Charcoal. A great selection of anything a BBQ fan may need. Plus ample parking and experienced assistance.
