Have to say it was strange at first, the website and the person I talked to said that my product was in stock so I bought it to only get an email informing me it was back order. No stress, it came 4 weeks later. The customer service is great, so are the people working at the shop. Would recommend.

I ordered a Classic Joe III and it arrived home 48 hours after my order delivered into my garage. It was well crated.

Christmas in July has finally arrived! A technician from Kanata Renovations came today to install my DIMPLEX REVILLUSION electric fireplace insert in my corner Quartz fireplace surround. The parts were all in good shape and the fireplace is fully functional (I just have to learn how to use all the fancy features!). My thanks to you for your consistent support and follow-up in the last 14 months. Keeping track of my order was a time-consuming activity for all of us. I give you and your warehouse/delivery teams a rating of 10 out of 10. You were patient and persistent when confronted with constant delays caused by the manufacturer from the time of my order in May 2021 to delivery in June 2022. During my visit to your warehouse, your warehouse team listened carefully to my requests and acted on my needs (yes, I was hovering!). The pandemic slowed down everything, causing an exceptionally difficult and frustrating situation for all of us. Your kind of customer service is what matters! Please share my compliments with your management team.

Wow was that fast. Delivery was exceptionally fast, was only a couple days between ordering online and delivery. Everything arrive in great shape no issues, definitely will use BBQing . Com in the feature for more equipment.

Shipping Interesting that Purolator has to transfer a local Ottawa delivery to Montreal, adding at least a day to the delivery time.

I was very impressed with the fast and friendly service I received at BBQing. com when I ordered my Bbq. I received a phone call about my delivery instructions and they said it would be delivered in two-three days time. Our Bbq was delivered the next day; no phone call or email. Luckily we were home and the driver suggested we put the Bbq in our garage as it was on a pellet. This turned out to be a good suggestion so we could carry the Bbq piece by piece to assemble it. The instructions were not clear but, watching the video on line was very helpful. We love ❤️ our Bbq with the stainless steel grids. The only drawback is that the handle gets too hot and one needs a pot holder/oven mitt.

Needed bbq shipped earlier to make it in time for a backyard party. Called in and few days later the shipping company called to make sure I was home to receive the product. Everything was packed securely and the equipment was dropped off on the driveway. The whole experience from ordering online to delivery of the product and customer service were good. Thank you BBQing for putting your customers first.

Great BBQ and great service. Weber Kamado is a great product and will likely last even longer that my 13 year old Weber Performer. Easy to assemble and solidly built. The ability to cook at 200º or 625º is incredible. The larger grill is great to have too when cooking for a group. Weber & Capital BBQ will get more of my $ in future!

Saw the video posted on your website for a charcoal igniter and purchased one for my husband's Webber grill. Didn’t know how he’d feel as he always uses the chimney. He really likes it! Service at the store is always fabulous. Everyone positive and helpful
