Purchased a $3000.00 BBQ Disappointed here, should have got this local. Was asked to spin some wheel, won 5% off - DIDNT honor. their price was now higher but too late. BBQ was to be built - showed up in a box, now its big pain in the ass. Delivery was to be in the rear, 30 ft of clear access, yet was left in a box on my driveway. Not worth the headaches here. I don't usually complain but this was all Bull S.. Not fair, their customer service was nice but she didn't know anything, waste of time.

The BBQ lights were well packed and arrived quickly. I had some trouble getting them to work, but after playing with the batteries a couple times -got them working and do the job.

First time ordering from this company…all my questions were answered quickly and gave me all the information I needed. Worst customer service I have ever received

We had some issues with Hestan and some back ordered items. However, Doug and the rest of the BBQing team always took my calls. Stayed on top of the order with the supplier and was always truthful with me. Greatly appreciate their help getting me the product.

Just needed one piece of the whole rotisserie setup. Cost a lot to deliver but still half the price of replacing the set.

Impacable peiple take time to help and make sure i was ok. I brake my kamadojoe base and i drive from mtl. You guys find the part good price Doyon despre from montreal did not do what you did and they would charge me 400 $ more. Thanks
