I have bought tons of BBQ items over the years but encountered a big issue using gift cards received. Tried to use one day and clerk indicated they could not use as person that could read them was not there. Went back and process to determine amount was long and drawn out. Perhaps invest in a point of sale system that can move your check out process forward.
Great customer service
This was an easy BBQ to put together , then once it has been put together its the best BBQ that I've ever had. So from the infrared side burner to the rotisserie to the bbq it's been a great experience. Love trying new things all the time now and I'm 63 and loving it. Thanks for making this happen
