Tried to order a part 4 times. Accepted then canceled. Took over 4 months to get.
My item was on back order for weeks. Received one phone call to tell that it was on back order. I had to do the follow-up . No email no calls. Item came in no calls and it had been received over a week or so. That is why I give it a 4 star.

At the Ottawa store things were great. The on line ordering was clean and uncluttered. The problem was there is no notification of order status. I had to to the store and inquire. Turns out all but one item was in, it was weeks before the last item came in. Had I not picked up the partial order the fall season would have been lost.

I purchased a Yukon Solo Stove bundle for shipping to Edmonton. Unfortunately the unit was damaged in shipping, but the customer service department telephoned me and the situation was remedied to my satisfaction. What a fantastic customer experience.
BBQing knows what went wrong. Numerous emails exchnaged and it took them months to ship a regulator after full payment was done. One star rating is already a lot more than I had in mind
They shipped to the wrong address… even after confirming it when I brought it up to them and was told it was corrected. Even have a confirmation email to prove it. Won’t be using their services ever again.
Took 3 months for delivery of parts, when I called several times I was always told they would arrive to the dept. next week

I couldn't find these items anywhere, even the Big Green Egg company itself won't ship the pizza pans! Not only did BBQing.com have the pizza accessories I was looking for, they shipped them so fast! I could not believe how quickly everything came, and packaged so well.
Came as it should 👍 but had to wait a bit long due to one item being out of stock, so instead of sending me the other items, they held them to the order was complete, but I would’ve liked the other items quicker.
