I ordered a BBQ Rotisserie Kit for my Napoleon 655 and I got one that is either to long or to short. It's not the first time that I get something that doesn't fit. Unfortunately I had destroyed the box before trying it.
It was easy to get in touch and very refreshing to speak to an actual person. Both people we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.
Fast delivery but the 999$ mark for free delivery is pretty high!……most companies do 100$

It might have taken a little longer too receive our order but the customer service was amazing and once we received our order it’s better than the original part with our bbq.
Took way to long to get my order but it all came in and was exactly what I had ordered. Communication was sub par on the reasoning behind delays but once they received my order, they shipped it incredibly fast. Would order from them again.

Communication should be the main priority in our days. Took my time just to find out that item was not shipped due to luck of a specific color. Needed an item for special occasion, lucky me I called, and was able to get my shipment on time.
It was advertised as "Fits Grill Hoods up to 46 inches. My grill requires a rod of about 38 inches, but too long is better than too short. The rod was 23 inches, which is shorter than any bbq I have ever had. I had to order a longer one and 2 x the price, but I could ship back the short one for $20 to get a $30 refund. My order of the longer one was confirmed, but then delayed 10 days, that was 2 weeks ago and now I have no idea whether I am getting one or not, although I have paid twice!

Mistakes were made regarding the free assembly of our new BBQ, but an agreement by Capital to supply a rotisserie unit free of charge was acceptable to me and it was delivered as promised. Thanks Kathleen!

I needed (well, not really needed but definitely wanted) a smoker for Thanksgiving (and my birthday). I found bbqing.com from a google search and reached out. Kathleen was amazing. She told me that shipping would be tight but she would personally put my order in and get it express shipped to meet my hopeful delivery date. I knew this was not a guarantee, but also that Kathleen was doing her very best. And she delivered. It arrived just in time. However, I would still write this positive review and give 5 stars if it hadn't arrived on time because of the assistance and effort that Kathleen went to in order to help me. Truly hats off to Kathleen and her staff. I was thrilled with her service and have since told everyone I know about bbqing.com
It was great. Only issue was failing to include all purchased items. But you made it right promptly. Good experience Honest and fair.
The last order was in May, not shipped for three months, vendor cited stock issues. Went silent responding to inquiries, had to file CC chargeback. Partially remedied with offer for gift card (why 2* vs 1*), but had to chase them for it. Gave them another chance. Upon reordering in September, cited stock issues again. Finally was to ship after a month, but retailer asked for more money to ship (who does this after an order?), in frustration I agreed, thereby negating gift card amount. Bottom line - if what you are ordering is in stock (do not trust what the website says, it might not be in stock), then it's smooth sailing (as I previously ordered something else before this experience), otherwise you may encounter challenges with communications and fulfillment and potentially have to pony up more money. My first order was in May and finally received my items in October, long after end of BBQ season.
I love this store. I'm fairly new to smoking and Marc has been amazing every time I come to the store. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out my new Traeger Ironwood 650 and the few accessories I needed. He didn't try to upsell me. Just helped me get what i need. I'll be back.
