Your website indicated the stuff I ordered was in stock 3 items were back ordered. then had to wait 3 weeks. An email was sent saying 10 to 14 days delay. I had made an order at a competitor the same day got my stuff 5 days later with free shipping.
They never responded to my online order; i had to call them 3 weeks later to see what was going on. Sent me a "demo" BBQ, dirty and rusty. They offered me a $25 rebate on my order.

The availability of hard to find BBQ parts keeps me going back. There was a problem with delivery of the part from the supplier so delivery was delayed. Not the fault of Capital BBQ but more communication would have been helpful.
