I love the product the Alchemy bbq I m having a bit of pbs w the latche / pin to close the door of the smoker. Also when they delivered Because they’re was only one guy , he couldn’t deliver it to my bbq area. He left at the entrance of the garage I had to hire a few guys to carry it to the backyard

This is the second time I purchase from BBQing.com. BBQing was able to supply parts for my fairly old Napoleon Prestige 450 BBQ at a reasonable price. However, the cost of delivery and route package protection is more than what I expected to pay. I could not opt out of route package protection.

I ordered a burner and several ither items for my napoleon bbq. Part number for the burner given by your help line was the wrong. Now I would incur a 35% restocking fee plus shipping charges for returning the item. not cool

Disappointing - There is nothing wrong with the products, the ones that were delivered anyways. The disappointment is the result of the products that did not arrive. I ordered a new BBQ, cover and a few accessories. I have been waiting to order this for a couple of years but due to the cost I had to save up and wait for my 15 year old Napoleon grill to finally give up the ghost. Anyway, the order went through with no issue, got an email a couple of days later saying the order has shipped. Unfortunately the cover and one of the accessories did not show up. So now I have a $2,500 bbq sitting on a skid, in a box, wrapped in plastic, in my driveway waiting for the cover to show up. I would love to unpack this beauty, set it up and start grilling...but no way to protect it from the elements...disappointing. I contacted customer service and they noted the cover and other accessory were on backorder until end of April, at least. While shopping on the site there was no indication that some of the items were not actually available. This happened while I was on their site two years ago purchasing replacement parts for my 15 yo bbq. I was told there is an inventory tech issue they are sorting out but I was told that 2 years ago as well so just not buying it.

I saw a good seal on my purchase. Delivery was very quick. I haven't installed it yet this is my spring job. Looking for a few more pieces on sale to complete my outdoor kitchen at an affordable price. This was a great deal.
