Genuine products for Napoleon bbq's at best price. At least informed me that longer awaiting time for not in stock product.

I went to the Ottawa store and I was ready to by a Napoleon bbq at a cost of 2000 and because I was picking it up and saving you the shipping I asked for a discount on the cover and all they would offer was 10$ off. Big deal. I left and then went on you web site and bought a unit at a lower price and it included shipping. The only problem I was forced to pay 45$ shipping insurance even though you advertise free shipping??.

The product is a quality product and shipping time was acceptable. The only things that I would change is to have a picture of each item you have for sale and have a contact of some sort for customer service. There was no communication at all.

Great customer service (online and in person), a fantastic selection of products, and an appealing physical store. They were in touch about order details, had exactly what we needed, and we enjoyed browsing through the well-stocked shop when we went to pick up our order. We wouldn't hesitate to purchase from BBQing.com again.

Excellent Product and Communication. Items ordered were out of stock in store and took additional time to arrive from warehouse (ordered May 1st, arrived May 21st). Received email the day after ordering, notifying me of the delay along with an apology, which was appreciated. The communication part is key. Thank you, Capital BBQ, for being upfront about the issue. 👍

BBQing offered an attractive price for an excellent product and made delivery convenient and easy to organize and arrange. This is all the more so as I do not live in the Ottawa area or region.

Had some issues with the Delivery company not sending a tracking number. Called BBQing and there was a very nice and very helpful lady who answered and took the time to get in contact with the 3rd party to find me a Delivery estimate. Really appreciated and my dad loves his new Napolean Prestige. Thanks a lot!

I waited over two month for delivery. The website said "in stock" when I placed my order. When it finally arrived, it was perfect.

Finally got my BBQ, but they sell things they don't have in stock and their website mention the opposite. When I asked, they said they had problems with their website et were working on it, but it's a lie. They just continue to sell BBQ they don't have in stock.

Excellent services! Lors de ma commande le 14 mars le Bbq Napoleon Rogue 525 rsib n'était pas disponible, j'ai reçu un courriel pour me dire que dès qu'il le recevrait il me l'expédirait. Le 1er mai la livraison à été fait, je l'adore! C'est la première fois que j'ai un Bbq de cette classe, wow! Et la housse de protection imperméable Bbqing parfaite!

The product I ordered was great and arrived in good condition, however, I was disappointed that I had to continually reach out to the company to find out where it was. I was informed that the item was out of stock (it didn't indicate this on the website) and I was given a shipping date. No problem, I could wait. Date came and went. I reached out to find out what was happening and was told it would be shipped "next week". I was told this 3 times and each time I had to reach out to the company to find out what was happening. No one ever contacted me to let me know about the delay unless I emailed them asking questions. Two months later the BBQ arrived. There was no tracking information for the item either. Just that it was moving. No estimated delivery date. UPDATE: the company reached out after my review and genuinely wanted to make things right. I had a lovely chat with their customer service representative manager and many companies could learn from her. Thank you Kathleen, keep up the good work!

I ordered and paid for my parts in February. I just received my order in May. I called several times to inquire and was told one part was on back order. I had requested the partial order. I never received my partial order as requested and I did not receive a return call to advise me that it would not ship
