Recently I bought a custom-made two-way mirror at PlasticStockist.com. Although it is customized for my needs it arrived fairly fast. I've tested many two-way mirror panels, but the quality of this one is very high. Sadly, it had a small defect. With other companies I had some issues with returning, but not with this one. Without any hassle, they send me a replacement part within the same week! Best service ever.

Website did not show what was in basket so rang them and they told me the could not help. It did show the number of items ordered so I went ahead and paid. When order arrived one item was not what I had even looked at on line. I e-mailed them and they said website would show what was ordered.

Two perspex panels that were part of a moth trap were damaged in storm Arwen. I measured their size, ordered from Bay Plastics, and that is exactly what they supplied.

Ordered two 2.44m x 1.22m x3mm brushed aluminium composite panels. I specified 5 cuts (included free in the purchase price). The price was excellent compared with all the other sites I looked at, the order arrived when promised and was packed well. Some of the corners were slightly damaged despite being protected (mishandling in transit probably) but from previous orders from other suppliers for similar materials I expected this and as the dimensions of the cuts I specified were spot on I could cut them to the actual size I needed and all was well. Also the quality of the panels was excellent.
