Bay Plastics deliver excellent customer service and speedy delivery every time. The perspex range is fantastic and i really appreciate their taking time to describe and photograph each colour. I'd heard rave reviews of them back in 2015 and although have only had the need to use them myself since the beginning of this year (2022) - they've not dissapointed. Glad I'd made a note of this company!

Ordered the Novus plastic polish set on the Sunday evening, it arrived on Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, one of the lids on on of the polish bottle’s had com off in transit and was completely empty. A quick call to them and another complete set was delivered on the Wednesday morning. Never had customer service like this, totally amazed! Highly recommended

I only wanted some plastic fascia cladding and this had the size I needed. After ordering, they said the size was out of stock but offered slightly larger size, which worked just as well. Easy delivery.

Excellent service. A small order placed online but with an error on my part was quickly remedied by a phone call. Friendly and efficient response with correction of order.
