Good communication, responsive turnaround times and fast delivery. Delivery costs are competitively priced. I only needed two relatively small pieces of HDPE, with a depth of 20 mm. The material appears to be of good quality but arrived with some scratches on the surfaces. The material is easy to scratch and for my uses will not be a problem. I am sure if you needed scratch free material they could probably arrange for this.

Initially they sent the wrong thickness, 1.0 instead of 0.8 mm, but they replaced it quickly when informed of the problem. I still wish they offered a cheaper shipping option than overnight express. The shipping cost more than the item!
*edited review Good friendly service with lots of contact. Quick delivery. Most product in good condition, some slightly damaged/dented. Unfortunately I didn't receive all the Palight I ordered. I was missing 1 sheet A1 1mm. However since writing this review first time, Michael (from Bay Plastics) emailed me to apologise and say that they would send out the missing sheet and replace the damaged sheets asap. I can't ask for anymore than this, great service, and very helpful. Thank you very much!
