Dear friends! I still haven't got money refund for purchase - Vivetta dress. It came to me without magazine tag (only with brand Vivetta tag). I have returned it immediately after receiving. I dropped it out at UPS office at Collins avenue - they should been passed it to DHL. But during a month I dont see any refunds. Please clear it or I will write the protest note to my Amex and they will letigate about a fraud.
I requested something regarding refund and exchange that was never done by their team before or rarely but they handled my request swiftly, efficiently and wonderfully. My number one shopping website since then.
