sent wrong size shoes to me. When I return the items and said hv a right size to me. Of cos doesn't hv the model with my expected size. And I asked for refund they said just can pay me shoes price excluding the ship fee even is this shxt company fault! And I will complain via uk gov thanks!

I was impressed by how quickly the product was dispatched. Great quality. The only negative is the vast amount of packaging. It was a huge package considering that it was only delivering a box with shoes in it. Lovely looking packing but I think this can be down-sized.

The only thing is DHL locations are harder to locate then UPS. Besides that. Perfect

I ordered boots from Avenue 32 and received them very promptly via DHL Courier service. Sadly, the boots were too small. I would have re-ordered the next size up but unfortunately the next size was sold out. I recommend Avenue 32 100% as their return set-up and Courier system is very efficient. I would definitely purchase from Avenue 32 again.
