I called today and ask if 1 of 2 things might happen because I made a payment of $80.00 before I actually knew when the payment was due and it just so happened to be 2 days before the cycle went into the billing period so that payment didn't count as a payment ... so NO go there ..then I ask if it could be possible to change the due date and NO again was the answer not happy with the results of my conversation with 3 people saying the same thing ..but such is life and I'll live ...

After Hurricane Helene I tried to use my card to have the glass in 5 windows replaced. After multiple attempts with the card being declined and calls to customer service I ended up having to use cash to pay. I had plenty of available credit on the card for the transaction. We had an emergency and I couldn't use the card, I am very disappointed.

What a great experience I had with the process, especially when I asked for all my mail on this account be sent to my email at .. because my house is under instruction and there’s no mailbox for this project right now. This is helping me a lot once again thank you very much.

Extremely Rude customer reps extremely Unknowledgable Also I wanted to change due date They said I couldn't Also needed to see my transactions & they said I had to keep waiting I've never experienced that with any other company Asked many questions they couldn't be answered Kept being put on hold for extended periods if times There should be more options to check out access on the phone so we don't need to speak to these reps At first I thought this person has had a bad day then it happened 3 more times that's unacceptable I'm also hard of hearing & when asked they speak up they weren't too happy I asked also if they were in the USA mostly because I don't like speaking to anyone out of the USA not to mention extremely hard to understand certain reps & btw I'm not prejudice Wouldn't give me a supervisor Sorry to say this but you have extremely poor customer service I myself worked in Customer service for over 40+yrs & this is totally unacceptable I don't want anyone to lose their jobs over this but they should be advised this is totally unacceptable Treat people the way you want to be treated I also asked why I got a 2nd invite & could it be processed & they said just throw it away & didn't answer my question I feel so badly writing this & wish nothing bad for anyone I just want to ne respected as anyone else would want as well

Do not apply or do business with Avant. They have one of the worst customer service ever. I recently applied for a credit card since I'm re-building my credit and they gave me a $300 limit. On the other hand, I applied for a Capital One credit ard the same month and Capital One approved me for $10k. Avant also doesn't allow you to add your credit card under your wallet for iPhone. The worst part is that their customer service is terrible and they don't care about customer concerns. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AVANT.

Happy I reached out Avant. I was able to pay off my high interest credit cards and lump them all into one easy payment. The loan process was easy and fast.
