I was fortunate to have Gower as my assistant...or rather, he did all the work....walking me thru the process at every step, repeatedly!!...as we had many problems and set backs with a typical 20 min process requiring more than 1 and 1/2 hors!! He was exceptionally kind, curteous, patient and diligent. I received a ticket that fit my needs very well, and all the information I may need at the airports.
