Agent name: Danovish Got the right dates initially but with a mistake, fixed the mistake now I have wrong dates. I paid for an insurance cost of $99 and now they are charging me to change a flight? What type of scam is that insurance? horrible service. feels like they dont notice or capture your needs. STAY AWAY and buy directly from the airlines or those online websites with a reputation, It will be a bit time consuming for you, but you will get what you want and what you paid for. You will still waste time with this guys anyways as nothing will go right...

A suggestion : you are asking me to rate my experience with your company, when all I have done so far is to book return tickets. I think it would be more appropriate to ask us clients when we have had the full journey just in case there are any problems at the airports etc. That aside, Samad was extremely helpful indeed. He was polite at all times, very patient and spent quite some time looking for the best flights for me once he knew my requirements, he went above and beyond. On my return in June, I would like the opportunity to add to this review if anything else needs to be said. So far, 10 out of 10

I did my search for multi-city flight booking to Canada from London, online. Yadav from ASAP Tickets contacted me on the phone and followed by email with exact ticket prices and the stop over routes of different Airlines. I noticed that his email with a list of Airlines flight charges were all most similar to mine . This gave me the confidence to go ahead with my booking with ASAP Tickets. Only disappointment is the easy payment Plan is not ready yet with ASAP Tickets.
