The gentleman that attended to me tried his very best to get me a good deal on getting me a flight to America and back to London. He corresponded with me by email and calls regularly, he gave me options to choose from, he was very patient, he did not rush me. He took his time explaining what is included in my final decision on the flight I chose. He even attended to me up to half an hour after his shift was finished. Samad was attentive and prompt, and we booked the flights we required within our price parameters. As Brits we were slightly surprised by the request to tip, ( and the polite challenge when we didn’t) which we politely declined. I wouldn’t expect to tip someone doing their job in an online capacity. However, this is our first experience of this company, and if all goes well and we return, maybe I would be more inclined to tip next time?
