Dispatch of testing kit very quick, instructions extremely easy to follow. Everything needed to conduct the test was in the pack (except a blade/screwdriver to take the samples, but most will have that in their toolkit). Results were back quickly too. From ordering to receiving the results took about 10 days. Would recommended them.
