I’ve used Artisan Surveyors to get artex tested for asbestos. Ordered the kit online and it has arrived next day. After I have sent sample for testing, I have received an email to let me know they have received sample. Results were 2 days after. Very happy customer!

Having a floor standing boiler removed which sat on a white sheet, of unknown material. Decided to get it sampled before allowing the gas fitter to remove and came across Artisan. Paid the fee for two samples, received a good kit for sampling (I am a HS consultant) and posted the samples off. Results back in 5 days which included the weekend. Would certainly recommend.

Very easy service to use. We received kit and detailed instructions on how to take our sample safely (artex form lounge ceiling), which we then returned by post. As promised we received our test results within a couple of days and a certificate emailed to us. Thankfully our result was negative. Would definitely recommend Artisan Surveyors and use their service again.

Excellent service. The testing kit arrived promptly and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. I had a problem with my email service and so emailed the customer service to check on the results. They telephoned me on a Saturday morning and i had my results within the hour. The lady i spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Very happy with this company, I ordered the asbestos testing kit which arrived quickly with clear instructions on how to obtain the samples. Sent the samples off on a Thursday and received the results on the following Monday. I highly recommend Artisan Surveyors and would definitely use their service again should the need arise.
