Returned sample but only got the report after giving a bad reference on trustpilot. They sent the review link but no report. After the review they forwarded the report and a refund, so I’m late with results but at least not out of pocket.

A very efficient service and they did exactly what they said they would do. Sampling kit arrived a few days after ordering on line, with all the necessary equipment and clear instructions.
