Very good and efficient service
Prompt delivery of asbestos sample kit and subsequent testing and emailing of the results.
Decent kit and generally clear instructions, although to be honest actually achieving the forensic level of safety protection recommended for the sampling procedure given that, in our case, some flaking Artex coating had been falling onto the floor for years- seems a little redundant. However once the sample were sent off the report came back very quickly, was well presented, and luckily for us came up negative for Asbestos, so we can now redecorate without the problem of having to spend a small fortune on Asbestos removal. Good service, and recommended.

great service, they sent me the kit with everything for collecting a sample without risk, I sent them back samples and they send back the results within 3 days. The cost is great and if you send more than 1 sample (which I did) you can pay online the additional cost and they just carry on with the job. Very helpful on the phone and on line.
A comprehensive kit was sent which included all the barrier clothing, face mask etc. The return packaging was already addressed and all you need to do is pay the postage back to artisans. The results came through in less than 48 hrs via email. Good value all around. Would use them again if I need any further tests doing.

Prompt effective service and good communication. A plus for me was if you have your own zip-lock bags and know what you are doing for safety precautions, you can request a same day email for diy sample submission. This saves time waiting for a sample kit to be posted out to you.
