We have been using ASC for almost two year now. They have a wonderful staff that is always helpful. Our phones are answered and messages are sent to us with the person's name, call back number, and the person's message. I would definitely recommend them if you need help answering your business phone. We mostly use them for after-hours and weekends. I will say some agents are better than others, but that's normal.

In my opinion We Care Answering Service staff is very helpful and understanding. Their were times that I had to resend information to them that was corrected. They responded accepted the corrections without hesitation. They were prompt with the outcome.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THERE IS NO TRANSPARECY AT ALL AND THE SYSTEM THAT THEY USE IS NOT TRANSPARENT. BILLING IS NOT CORRECT AND THE CUSTOMER IS FORCED TO TRUST THAT THEY ARE NOT BILLING YOU FOR ROBO CALLS OR SLOW LONG WINDED AGENTS THAT TAKE THERE TIME ( AT A NOT TO CHEAP RATE) HANDLING YOUR CALLS. NO OPTION TO LISTEN TO YOUR MESAGES ( TO CONFIRM THE CALL) SALES DOES A HORRIBLE JOB OF EDUCATING THE CUSTOMER AND AS A RESULT THEY ARE NOT TO KEEN ON FOLLOW UP AFTER THEY DUPE YOU INTO AN AGREEMENT THAT HAS A LOT OF LOOP HOLES FOR THEM TO BILL AS THEY PLEASE AND VERY LITTLE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR WHAT IS SAID AND OR PROMISED.

You are an answering service, However you don't answer the phone. It goes to a machine and then when they pick up the call they are half asleep or just uninterested in speaking with our Clients. I am looking into maybe better services for my answering needs. I'm not sure how I feel about what I hear.
