The product and its perks. I bought my wedding ring from Angara. Firstly the ring itself is stunning, the gems are real and beautiful. Then Angara's promotion and packaging take the shopping experience to the next level. A simply added light to the box is breathtaking when you open the package and set your eyes on the ring for the first time The appraisal came with the product and trust me, not all stores provide appraisals and when you ask for it, they give you a hard time to provide it.

First let me say I think I got a great product at a great price! The online purchasing experience was smooth and the product delivery was timely. I actually needed to resize my product. After receiving my wife’s ruby earrings, I had them appraised for insurance purposes by a certified gemologist. When I received the written appraisal I was quite surprised to learn that the earrings were not of the high quality that Angara stated that they would be when I initially purchased them. My Angara Document of Authenticity states the following: Approx. Dimensions - 4.5 mm Approx. Total Carat Weight - 0.88 mm Quality Grade: AAA My written appraisal states the following: Approx. Dimensions - 4.3 mm Approx. Total Carat Weight - 0.64 carats Quality Grade - B Clarity Grade - I3 As you can clearly see, the earrings are smaller, weigh less, and are of a much lower grade (and clarity) than what Angara stated that they would be. What I thought I was purchasing and what I actually received are two different things. I am very upset that Angara has deceived me and sold me subpar jewelry. I will never purchase anything from them again.
