Ring itself was beautiful. But had to be resized and that was where a problem occurred. 10-12 business days waiting period. Much too long. I should have gone to local jewelry store and paid $25.

The purchase of the infinity necklace went very smoothly and we were able to choose the quality of the different stones. The necklace arrived in a quality presentation box and we were pleased with the quality of the stones. However we were very disappointed with the very thin gold necklace which tended to let it down. We therefore didn’t give a 5 star review for this reason. Following this review there was a response from the company asking me to contact customer services to request a thicker chain for a nominal price. I have sent 2 emails and they have both been ignored. So it appears to be lip service only. I have therefore changed my rating.

Wrong ring was shipped initially but got what I ordered about a week later. My gal and I both think the blue lab diamond ring is beautiful in every detail. As far as sparkle and clarity I would put it up against the best natural diamonds. And the price beat anything I could find locally in just plain lab diamonds. Angara, thanks for a first class product at a reasonable price.

From finding Angara website online as a general search to finding the perfect birthstone ring, simple, elegant, but can't be confused as an engagement ring, to choosing the depth of colour, size, price etc...was seamless. The product received was a lot smaller than the advertised picture. I called and inquired about the same product that was offered at a less price was informed that the way they determine carat weight and quality is by adding the emerald weight and the diamond wait together to get total weight a little deceptive in my opinion.
