My emails and queries were answered very promptly. I've ordered my first item.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an issue with a ring I purchased from your store online. Three years ago, I bought an emerald ring from Angara, which held great sentimental value to me as emerald is my grandmother’s birthstone. Unfortunately, the stone recently fell out, despite me taking great care of the ring. I am very disappointed that a piece of jewellery of this quality did not last as expected. Given that emerald is a precious gemstone and this was a significant purchase, I would have expected better durability and craftsmanship. I also checked the invoice and I paid extra for AAAA quality stone, which I feel wasn't up to standard.

Have purchased an emerald pendant. Around half a year (and only few wears) later a few emeralds fell out and got lost. Customer service refused to replace them, given they were lost. My view is they shouldn't have got lost and the reason is poor frame quality and therefore Angara's responsibility. We didn't come to an outcome suitable for me.
My granddaughter was thrilled with her gift, so beautifully packaged.

Was unsure about buying expensive jewlery online, especially a engagement ring! But can say I was blown away by the speed it arrived for one. For two the packaging, design and light in the ring box...omg! Bloody immaculate presentation and ring! 100/10!!!
