Customer service was good even though they did not get it right the 1st, second or third time, the fourth time I spoke with got it right and he was able to get my sister's gift to her when I needed it there. he said that she loved it.
Spend $1,000 on earrings that are cracked but it was written in the fine print, not where one would normally look at an ad. Good job tricking me out of $1,000 for cracked gems.
I ordered this product and apparently my billing and shipping address were somehow combined. I have no idea how this happened it has never happened before and this was my main gift for my girlfriend. It was supposed to arrive approximately a week before Christmas as we weren't going to be together on Christmas day we celebrated the Sat prior. It didn't arrive until almost 2 weeks later.
The ring is absolutely beautiful, packaging was very secure. Ring is stunning, stones and setting are very durable and secure.

The stone and everything was what I wanted and overall the quality was good. However, given how much I paid I really did not appreciate the fact that the stone was scratched in multiple places right out of the box. While disappointing, the ring was nice and everything else about the ring was okay hence why I put 3 stars.

We have purchased a total of 3 rings. One was my engagement ring, a morganite stone on a diamond rose gold band, and 2 diamond rose gold bands to go with it for the wedding. Each band was bought at a different time. The first band was too big and was returned and replaced within a couple weeks. The second band I thought I would like better but decided to get another one identical to the first one. The customer service representative was quick in helping me cancel one order and get the other one placed and processed through. The rings are beautiful and the customer service has been amazing.

Bought a sapphire ring but when it arrived, the quality was not what I expected. There was a smoke-like inclusion inside the sapphire. Contacted Angara customer service and they replaced it with an even better quality sapphire. I am very impressed with customer service as well as the ring.
