I found Amigo Loans to be very efficient, courteous and professional. The Agents were very helpful and friendly. A decision was made once all paperwork, checks etc had been carried out very promptly with a follow up email to tell you the money had been deposited into one's account. My only drawback (minor) is the length of time one has to wait to speak to an agent although I appreciated that they were inundated with calls. I would highly recommend Amigo Loans. Their terms and conditions being very favourable too. I would have no hesitation if in the foreseeable future, I needed to ask for their services again. Thank you.
Disgusting service. Wasted approximately 3 hours on the phone on hold all together. Staff are interrogating and inexperienced total waste of time GO ELSE WHERE READ THE REVIEWS!!!
I honestly do not do bad reviews, but this one in particular I had to wait 1 hour 10 min on hold due to high volume. They say fast pay out but doesn’t work that way. If you are looking for loans look elsewhere, while they are taking their time, I already got my loan sorted from bamboo. Their customer service and the wait time is horrible. Till today it’s been over a week and still waiting. As a new customer I am never coming to amigo. Their reviews are misleading. I am so grateful I have it sorted from elsewhere.

shocking customer service who mislead you with information took 2 hrs to get through to customer service got told I couldn't use my currant garanture for my top up loan been treated awfull asked for a manager got told it would take 5 days to call me back just a joke I am sorry I have used this company avoid at all cost I will never use again .feel sorry for future applicants I certainly wont be one of them .
I have been trying to sort out getting a top ip of my loan as I was left in the dark about whether I was going to receive it or not. I was put on hold for 1 hour for them to not answer and for it to just hang up! I'm furious! 1 hour of my time wasted and I can't phone them back because everytime I have tried phoning it's been a stupid amount of time you are on hold for! I'm very fed up after that! Wish I had never taken a loan out with you in the first place. The Apr is a joke and you can't even be bothered to answer the phone to your customers.
Far too long to answer calls Not impressed because you’re costing me as a guarantor money. There is NO WAY there are that many people applying for a loan at true same time and there is NO REASON to be on hold for almost an hour at a time. Ridiculous
5 stars only because there manager Ollie I think that's how you spell it called me back after getting declined before by his 2 colleagues. The manager was professional looked at my case from the beginning and dealt with me in a manor and professionally unlike his 2 colleagues who refused me the loan straight from the start. Even though I provided them with every proof needed. Anyway thank you soooooo much Ollie for being professional and dealing with me and also calling me back.

Not excellent due to the high volume of call handling times which is unexpected however could be dealt with. The hold times were unbearable at times and had waited nearly a month to hear from anyone so had to phone myself! However who I spoke to was very pleasant and very in depth and managed to sort my needs out straight away! So fair play to Amigo! Just wish you would have sorted the call handling out quicker! Good job!
I did a fair bit of hunting around before deciding to apply for a garrentor loan before settling on a company. I was sucked in by their promise for being quick and easy and and paying with in 2-48 hours (this is a lie!) we made our application on Friday and upon hearing nothing back we called them on Monday. We was given a number to call again in the future and was told it would be easier for us to call them rather then waiting for a call as they have to answer all incoming calls first, which is understandable but not for a second did I think I would have to call them everyday to find out what was needed next and constantly be left on hold for up to an hour each time. When questioning my garrentors finances the picked out December asked why her out goings were so much (isn’t it obvious? It was xmas) when asked if it was to fall on her to pay it and she needed extra cash what would she do to pay it which she said she would do an extra shift which would enable her to pay it. They then replied they wouldn’t want her to do that and they wanted her to do it another way. They have interrogated her beyond belief and have been incredibly rude. For a company that claims they’re quick and easy they are anything but! I would really recommend looking else where
