Don't use this company. They are not what they say they are. Told us we could have a loan took all details and not heard anymore after 3 weeks. Don't answers emails just don't bother getting back to you.

Had a girl called Tammy answer my call today she was happy to help resolve my poor service I had on the previous call and reassured me that sending documents was going to help me the best to get my debts cleared quicker. Happy with service definitely overlooked the bad call made me more at ease with company.

Liars! I was told as a guarantor that I would not be affected in terms of my own application for any finance but that is not the case. If I had known I would be impacted in terms of my own credit rating etc. I would not have agreed to it.

Worst company possible. After paying back previous loan in full and back early. I applied for another to be told this time I could not afford it even though I managed to pay it before and pay it back earlier than planned it took them nearly a week to inform me of this. I was informed by one person on the phone that I had passed the credit assessment to receive a text saying I hadn’t 3 days later. Avoid at all cost if you are looking for a loan for a quick payout or anything important no wonder they are up for sale

My previous occasion with Amigo Loans was excellent every thing sorted in two days However this time not very impressed as it took eight days No confirmation that requested documents had been received Had to phone to find out then asked for more proof to be sent again no confirmation on receiving When phoning which I did about four times was on hold for twenty five minutes each time so reason for my poor score However once it was cleared the loan was transferred to me promptly

Really slow on paying out took over a week of daily calls that are taking on average an hour and a half to answer. Never got called back when promised
