Been dealing with ambient heating for 7 years, never ever had an issue. I fit there heating and tile floors for a living.
I am always happy to do business with Ambient. This is my 4th underfloor heating kit through Ambient and always excellent service. Placed order on Sunday received Tue morning 0905 Perfect. Always at the end of the phone if any problems and will do what it takes to solve a problem. Thank you all, and again excellent service. I would definitely recomend and will use again.
The product is good but the next day delivery boasted on the website is a joke. We placed an order on a Monday afternoon. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday but it should have been Wednesday. Waited in all day Thursday and no delivery. Ended up driving to the depot to collect the parcel myself.

Shopped around for electric underfloor heating and could not better Ambients products or prices anywhere. The kit I ordered was delivered on time complete with everything required to install. Simple instructions and easy to fit, now works a treat.

I know nothing about underfloor heating, other than I like the idea of having my feet warmed when I walk on a tiled surfaces. Armed with this lack of knowledge I spoke to a very friendly chap called David at Ambient who explained with great depth of knowledge all the choices and varieties of keeping my feet warm. When we had selected the right product, he presented me a very reasonable quotation and as they stock everything at their warehouse I was able to take the goods away with me there and then. David was even able to recommend a fitter for me too. Outstanding service, outstanding product resulting in one very happy customer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Previous comment below - HOWEVER. Dan saved the day, helped me battle with the delivery company offered an alternative solution to my deadline. Goods arrived 3 days late but just in time.
