Have always been very happy with allhdd.com in that what you order always is exactly what you get. Tha is not the case with alot of sites but it is very important to me and my job as network admin. Mike B
Rep was to get this resolved and gave me his word he would and get back to me by Friday noon, still waiting. Perhaps I should have asked which Friday. Lost the order, upset my client and ALLHDD not only dropped the ball but are taking way too long and too many reminders needed to get this resolved. Will reconsider before placing another order with them. Very disappointed.
I had ordered a specific hard drive that was no longer carried and they immediately called me and offered several other options that were acceptable.
Ever need a hard drive and all you have is an obscure part number or replacement number? I have always found them on ALLHDD and they have been competitively priced.
This company is worse than crap. I am sure the positive reviews have all been paid for through a company in Belize. Ordered three disks $1,020 - sent by pony express from California, incorrectly filled out address form so couldn't have them redirected to a different address. Created 10 support tickets, eventually spoke to an equivocal employee who said he would check with his supervisor - no response was forthcoming, and today still no joy. Their restocking policy is 30% charge - ridiculous. Still no joy - after over a month. They have started answering my emails since this review has been posted. Update. I originally ordered from them because of their reviews - obviously generated by fake participants in some country where labour is cheap or 1,000 positive computer generated reviews cost only a shekel. Guess what - since I posted on TrustPilot - the team in whatever country has been at it again - now on this site.
I ordered a CPU because they had a very low price. A few days later they cancelled my order because they claimed it was out of stock. The CPU is still in stock, only with a higher price now. Don't buy from these guys.
Don't wonder around for your computer parts. I recommend ALLHDD where i found all the necessary computer parts. It was twice my laptop RAM broke down and i lost 30 dollars for installing each time. Now i am worry free when i bought RAM from ALLHDD it is genuine and affordable and i feel stupid to not know about it before i lost 60 dollars. Even the delivery was right on time. Also it is good place to upgrade their computer for gamer. EnJoy ShoPPing (Nayak Huss)
I have used many times allhdd.com . I am very happy that allhdd.com exist its helping very much.Thank you for the great job you're doing.
I've spent months trying to get my CC credited for an RMA return. Tracking shows it was returned, but I can't get anyone to return my calls, emails, or support ticket requests. If anyone ever answers the phone, the return department is "not open yet" and they promise to return my call, but no one ever has. Without a doubt the worst online purchase experience I've ever had. Update: I've been able to reach allhdd.com by phone, and have gone through the following: 1) Return department not open (3 times). 2) Your credit card credit was processed last Friday, it should show up tonight or tomorrow (3 times). No credit for RMA has been given. The Better Business Bureau has given this company an "F" rating, and not even they can contact them any longer with complaints.
Avoid these people like the plague! Before placing an order with this company I read some of these reviews. Most looked good, some bad. I now understand that as long as things are going smoothly it is easy to rate a good review. Even a small operating ran out of an apartment unit can look good. The real test of a company is when something goes wrong. I ordered an OCZ RevoDrive 3 X 2 240 GB PCI Express from them for $571. They took the order, sent confirmation and soon confirmed the shipping. Everything looked good. The day it should have arrived I learned that ALLHDD.Com shipped the product to New York rather than to me in California. Since I had scheduled myself to build the new computer two days later, I had a problem. I called and they agreed to cancel the order. I received confirmation the order was canceled within seconds. So far so good. I then ordered the product from (External Reference)(cheaper and faster). A few minutes later I received an e-mail changing the canceled order to "on hold". This resulted in an extensive exchange of e-mail messages. In the end they agreed to cancel the order. That was February 6, 2013. It is now March 24, 2013, and they have refused to refund my $571. I have written e-mails and a letter. They refuse to even acknowledge my communications. It appears now that they are thieves. If you can afford to lose the cost of an order, then don't worry. If you care about ethical business practices, avoid these people like the plague! (Note: I retain all my written communications with this company.)
. We returned a $546 hard drive soon after we purchsed it. In spite of repeated attempts to secure a refund, we have received no reponse and no refund from the ALLHDD. In my view, they stole $546 from us.
I placed order number 95319 October 2, 2011 for a replacement system board. I recieved the incorrect system board October 6, 2011. I emailed their sales department and their RMA department over the next 11 days. I finally got a response on October 17, 2011 that states "please submit return request from web page. thanks"! So on October 18, 2011 I submitted the return request through the web site. Through the ticket portal online that they force you to use, I updated the ticket again on October 19, 2011 that states "Still waiting on return instructions". October 20, 2011 I updated and stated "I still have not recieved any information. My email address and cell phone number are both listed under the contact information for my account. I can be reached by either method or by simply updating your ticket here". Four days after the ticket was created (October 22, 2011), they made their first update to the ticket and simply asked for the serial number. I responded with the serial number! November 2, 2011 I updated the ticket with "I NEED AN UPDATE ON THIS ASAP!!!! I AM AVAILABLE AT (***)***-****!!!! THIS IS ALMOST A MONTH OLD NOW AND I HAVE ONLY RECIEVED ONE RESPONSE ASKING FOR A SERIAL NUMBER!!!! On Novemeber 3, 2011 I entered ??????????????? (***)***-****. Still no response!!!! I am truelly regretting ever going to ALLHDD.COM for anything. Will never use them again! Worst company EVER!!!"
