So, I ordered 2 RAID cards from this company for X price. Everything was placed and processed successfully. Not even 20 minutes later they cancel my order and claim that it is out of stock. I go back and check on their site and the item STILL shows that it is "IN STOCK". However, NOW they are nearly double the price! Now, sure I understand that errors happen and someone screws up so you have a lower cost on your site. BUT let's get real now at that point then you should at least contact the customer and work something out with them. This is completely absurd on how they go about business like this. I tried calling twice and all I get is "all representatives are busy".

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Ordered a HD that was not fully described (didn't show pictures of both sides) and ended up being to thick to fit into the device. The back side had a raised bumped out panel. Ordered in early Jan., went thru support to refund/exchange and told they would deduct 30% restocking. No customer service benefit acknowledging incomplete product description, but fine. Still waiting on the refund or confirmation they received the drive. Have proof on my end via tracking. Have sent over a dozen followups on this ticket, called half a dozen times — still nowhere on this. Emails don't get answered, phones don't get picked up. They earned their F rating on BBB!

i contacted them via phone to ask about my purchase and they really helped me out. in a nutshell, fast and nice.

I purchased an order of several Cisco phones from ALLHDD. One of the phones was non-functional upon arrival. I requested an exchange and ordered a replacement from them. ALLHDD approved the return and asked that I ship the phone back, which I did. They did not refund the money for the phone. I continued to request a refund and they would respond with “We need to review with our team”. This went on for 8 months until they finally stopped responding to my requests. I never received the money back for the product that I returned.

This site is too simple but nice and actually i hope a lot of company will use ALLHDD.COM. why? cause i think by make site with ALLHDD.COM is best choice. i really enjoy and comfort with the design and it is user friendly too. i mean when people open site, they will know how wonderfull this to be them site. My experience concerning allhdd is great! They are trustworthy! I have ordered external storage device 3 months ago and when I got it I was pleasantly surprised, everything was like it was supposed to be! Shipping was totally complied! I am surprised and I will be glad to do buy more stuff on their site. I would gladly recommend it to anyone! Enjoy!

I ordered a SSD HDD for a data backup that we ended up not needing to do. I submitted a support ticket immediately to request an RMA. I never received a response until I called a number of times. Long story short is has been 5 weeks since ordering the item and I have yet to be reimbursed. At every intersection of the process, (requesting an RMA, confirming delivery of the item, receiving the credit) I have had to send multiple updates to the ticket and call several times. Usually no one picks up and the ticket responses are the same default message. I don't recommend working with them.

On time service whenever I need new computer peripherals I always recommend this site to purchase.every single and small part I can get from this site.

The absolute worst place to ever order anything from, the worst customer service on the planet earth! I've been dealing with online purchases for as long as the Internet has existed, many years of which for the company I work for, and nobody has exceeded being as horrible as this place!!! I spent five days via email and phone trying to get them to charge my business CC for a pair of drives with expedited shipping and could not get it to happen, never had any problem from retail to online with said CC in the past 5+ years or even since then!? Heck just try calling their published business phone number M-F during their publish business hours, if you actually get a live person (doubtful) you can thank the online gawdz for your luck, otherwise you'll get a generic cell phone provider voice mail that just reads their phone number back to you before prompting you to leave a vmail? If they have more than the one guy named Henry working there it would surprise me.... certainly they have nobody working there that wants or values anyone's business, absolutely amazing for any business... I've gotten lightyears better service at our state's local RMV office for heavens sake? Run as fast as you can away from allhdd.com !!!
