It's a SHAM company. They lack decent customer service support and false-advertised their online products. They need to be reported to the NYC Dept. of State, Division Of Corporations and to dos.NYC.gov Consumer Protection Complaint Form. Aaron's, Bill's, John's, and Dhiren's positive reviews are written out by the same individual, sharing similar expressions, verbiage and identical writing style.
Do not buy hard drives from this online business. This company schemes to defraud. There is only one employee; his name is Adam, who claims to be the support dept., return dept, billing, and customer care rep. This business is registered and located in India. The used hard drives come from India. They misrepresent the description and condition of the hard drives they sell online. I bought three NEW BULK hard drives from them. However, I did not receive NEW hard drives. I received three hard drives each with a refurbished sticker on them. They were made in the year 2017. When I contacted them about the REFURBISHED ones, the response was that "it is the industry term or standard." Do not be misled by the amazing fake reviews. For every true negative customer experience review, you will see two 5-star reviews written out by people from India. All Indian names. Terribly deceiving!!. If you chose to buy from ALLHDD at your own risk, and you received something that is not what you paid for or NOT AS DESCRIBED. Go ahead, open a dispute with your credit card company. You won't be the only one. Do not stay quiet!. ALLHDD charges a 20% restocking fee for their false description of goods.
I needed 4 network modules so that I could do some upgrades within my network. Two weeks later, I still didn't have them, so I reached out to ALLHDD.com. They said "They're shipping today and you'll get the tracking info tomorrow." Well, tomorrow is now today, and I don't have tracking information. I reached out and again was again told "You will have shipping information tomorrow". I told them I wanted it today or I would begin to leave negative reviews since I had waited two weeks and was never told there would be a delay. They said if I wrote a negative review, they would cancel my order (and they did). This is possibly the worst customer service anyone could provide.
Don't buy anything from this company!!!, they are just a bunch of unprofessional and insensible people. I placed my order for a customer in PR, it was just under $500.00 (456.00 to be specific), after 10 days of waiting the part. I contacted them and a careless employee from support canceled my order and referred me to Terms and Conditions from their website. Stating that outside US order should be over $500.00. After 10 days and customer waiting from the part, you will tell that. I went to their website and there is no reference to such term. Only mention is for international orders must be over 1000.00. In case they dont know PR is part of US and is considered a US territory. I will make sure that other part buyers goes to other vendors before living my experience. Very poor customer service by the way.
!!!Don't BUY anything from this company!!! They are a bunch of lying scammers that running the shadow business and lure people in with low prices, IRS most likely would be eager to take a look into their accounting books. They don't care about you as a Customer the only thing they are interested in is your Money! They are awful in terms of the Shipping Process Timing, completely ignorant and unprofessional. We order a couple of SSDs that we needed urgently for our Production Servers and paid $137 for the Overnight Shipping with UPS, guess what the Items have been delivered 4 Business Days later. They didn't even move their finger until I called the next day after placing the order and asked why there is no change in the shipping status and they have assured me that the item was shipped when in reality it wasn't even processed. We ended up disputing the Shipping Amount with AMEX cause they simply ignored several of our attempts to peacefully resolve this issue. !!!Stay away from these Scammers don't buy from them!!!
We placed an order for a hard drive and received it, no problem. We decided to order 9 more, called about the 1.5% discount on our next order and was told to mention it in the box. I did this and the or receipt did not show the discount so I called and emailed several times and didn't get a response or the discount. If you do order from them, I would not trust their discount statement on their invoice. Because of this, even though the products were fine, we will not order from them again.
It is a 50/50 chance you will get the items you ordered. They usually just drop ship items from other suppliers and if they can't locate your order it will just get canceled a week after you ordered it even though it was "in-stock".
I agree with everyone: they are fraudulent: I wish I had seen these reviews before doing business with them. I asked about getting 2 units of an expensive PCI-based hard-drive ($2500+ per unit): they shipped one, when I told them I didnt want it. They wouldn't take back the one unit without a restocking fee: OK, so I'll eat that fee: I sent the unit back: 40+ days later, they won't reimburse me for the returned product. Oh well, time to bring in the lawyers.
Strung me along for a week telling me my item had shipped, but they couldn't give me a tracking number. Finally admitted they tried to source the part from Samsung and weren't able to so they had to refund me.
I had an issue with a package not arriving. The customer service representative was polite and quite helpful. He figured out the likely source of the issue and worked to resolve it. I really appreciated the smooth process. Well done ALLHDD.

Most of the positive reviews here are probably fake. Just read them, they do not sound genuine! Also, I do not believe this company actually stocks anything. They're probably dropshippers. If you look up their address on Google Maps, it shows some condos and a seedy mall next to it. I placed an early morning order on 11-4-19 for 2 Intel G4560 CPU's with free UPS Ground Shipping. It showed in stock at the time on their website and received an order # in my email immediately after I placed the order. Waited over 24hrs but did not receive any shipping info/tracking. Called them on 11-5-19 and they said the order will be shipped that day from their "Florida warehouse" (I live in Florida). Checked my email on 11-6-19 and they cancelled the order because the items were out of stock. Now they claim in the cancellation email that "Your order has not been processed; your funds will not be taken from your card, PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR IT TO APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD." If that is true, why do the funds show a temporary hold in my credit card? They do this to get your funds to pay for the parts first because they do not stock anything. With that said, you cannot trust their policies or their fake inventory. I made a big mistake and should have scrutinized ALLHDD more carefully. Lesson learned and I will not order from them again. I'll stick to Amazon, NewEgg, B&H Photo, etc."
DO NOT ORDER from these scammers. I ordered 3 SAS Hard Drives. Needing one ASAP. I ordered them overnight. When I received the package it contained the wrong Hard Drive and 2 Hard Drives did not ship at all. Any positive review for this site is surly fake. I tried calling them and there was no answer and it seems like it was ringing to some guys cell phone in a garage. I could not get a hold of anyone to rectify my order. Finally I decided to call from my cell phone. A man picked up and acted like he was going to help. But you could tell he was BSing me the whole time and stated they would send a refund and a return label. I have not heard from them since and I do not expect to. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB and requesting a refund VIA American Express. I should of ordered straight from DELL. Lesson learned.
Purchased 2000.00 Cisco Switch, came dented at the side fans, figured no prob they would replace....nope. 3 weeks of back and forth on the ticket and essentially told we must have dented it since "they would never miss that" and told us to eat it. Good luck with this place. We complained to Cisco as well about this "reseller".
SCAM!!! Don't bother to ordering from them. They don't actually stock anything!! I needed a server motherboard in a hurry and figured since they were the closest I would order from them. I even called and asked if they hade it in stock and they LIED and told me they did. I paid for express shipping ( 2-4 days) and on day five I called them to ask what was going on. The BS was they tested it when I ordered it and it failed! They claim they had to get it from another supplier ( the guys I should have ordered it from) So way not call me and tell me? Why not test it before you try to sell it? Total BS. but there was more. After talking to the manager Peter, I was told I would get a refund for the express shipping since it didn't arrive until the following week. Only good thing was the MB did actually work, but as for the refund, no response from this company.
I'm an IT professional. I take my business seriously and treat my clients with the Utmost Respect. In summary, I had a client whose switch had crashed. I found ALLHDD via Google, and found their site to have the replacement switch I needed. I made sure to read the reviews before just DOLING out $1100 for the switch and 85 for the overnight shipping. There was one review that caught my eye. It said " AllHDD will claim to have the part, and then call back later telling you the part you're ordering is not actually stock". Even though their Website says it is. Well, it was one review in the midst of many. Most stellar. Let's just say I went against my better judgement and made the purchase. So guess what? That one bad review would seem to be the only real review that was listed for this site! They did call me on the following day, the day that I was suppose to receive the switch, only to me it was not in stock and they had to get it from another supplier. SAM, with ALLHDD, could not give a guarantee me that it would actually arrive and ship at that time. He just kept deferring! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ALLHDD and recommend you do the same. Remove review
Ordered server drives: no communication at all, two weeks later the "new" drives showed up. 1 of the 3 drives was faulty. 1 of the 3 drives had 18,000 power on hours on it, once I showed them what was going on they just wouldn't reply. Caution!
