Beware of this Company. They sell USED product as NEW. I ordered a NEW disk drive from them (yes, described as NEW) and they shipped me a USED 2012 disk drive. After requiring that I use their online return process, they initially answered and then went quiet, stalling for 2 weeks. After repeated calls to the Company they have now indicated they will not allow for a return of this disk drive nor provide a refund to my credit card. Thankfully, I did use a credit card and have recourse through the credit card company.
