Lovely Nar pendant light arrived with a small dent in it. Pleasant phonecall resulted in a prompt exchange which was personally checked. Pendant light fitting now in place in our kitchen. Great!

I have always received the best service, although this time wasn't perfect it wasn't bad. A delay from Italy slowed my order, but I'm not sure whether I asked to early or I was told too slow about the delay. I had a full update about how and when on the delivery and no issues there after. Best price on goods, and great follow up. I doubt you would get better service anywhere else. Thank you for a fantastic product

I was was told what to expect time-wise and the options I had to order. In the end I made a telephone order late in the afternoon and the goods were delivered the next day on a timed delivery.
