I've only made one purchase todate, a pair of wall lights. Unfortunately on receipt one was damaged. Affordable lighting did everthing to replace the item and didn't make me feel at blame, not like some of treir competitors tend to do. Enjoyed a good trading experience.

Website was very easy to use; trying to find the style and then pricing. From placing the order to delivery was a quick process and the ceiling lights ordered turned up exactly when expected; well packed and look identical to the website pictures. I bought this light as I wanted a fitting that was flush to the ceiling and with two bulbs so it have off a good amount of light. It was exactly as I wanted and better than I expected. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Delivery was quick and efficient and packaged well so no breakage. Excellent purchase!

was not happy with what I received, one broken arm, and bent strut . looked like someone had the light before who attached the droplets and screwed the arms to the main body unfortunately whoever done this broke the screw in the body of the light. couldn't be bothered to send it back, would never purchase from this vendor again.

I have used Affordable Lighting twice and on both occasions I found them to be super reliable. One comment I will make, my first order of 8 lights were at a reduced price. I needed to buy one more but was not offered that light for the same price as the previous 8 I had purchased, Given the quantity of the original order, if that had been me, I would have said to the customer that the additional light could be charged at the same price.
