Absolutely love my Chandeliers have had lots of positive comments only wish they did a medium size as well as I would order that for my hallway.
The light fitments we ordered from Affordable lighting came within a few days of placing our order. The three light fittings besides being packed in their manufactured box but all tree fittings were encased in a larger box with filling so to secure the items preventing any breakage.
The light I purchased was reasonably priced and arrived the next day. I am very happy with the service and will definitely order again.
Order was processed in good time, and item arrived as described and very well-packaged, but I was particularly impressed by delivery service; my 'safe place to leave parcel' instructions were followed to the letter despite parcel being considerably bigger than expected. Thanks, DPD driver Mart!

The lights arrived in good condition and appear to be good quality. However, I haven't fitted them yet. Affordable lighting was selling them at the best price compared to other suppliers. Delivery was advertised as 3 to 5 working days and it took the full 5 days to arrive.

Item delivered one day after dispatch.Unfortunately I wasn't home but I was offered either next day or a self collect from a list of local shops which I took as there were 6 to choose from within 2 miles of where I live.
When we ordered our lights, we were surprised that quality items were available at such a reasonable price. The parcel arrived on schedule and the lights were really well packed. The lights were as good as described and are now up and working and look great. We even received a comprehensive brochure with hundreds of other lighting items to peruse. Excellent service and value for money. Thank you.
Last minute we needed 10 lights, with one call we had what we wanted delivered next day. I had to call them as the website only had 2-3day delivery option but all was resolved after one call. Reliable and will definately use again..
We know this is a great light because we bought one last year. We planned to twin it up with a new one in our new garden room. BUT DPD failed to deliver It and then reported that no-one was in to take delivery - not true. They even put a photo of the property, but it was not our house. That was Friday. Then on Monday, after Affordble Lighting customer service intervened, a very different driver from DPD found us with no problems, was polite, helpful and waited while the contents were checked - all fine. This driver earned DPD a five star review and enabled us to revise the review for Affordable Lighting up to 5 stars as well - which is what the product and their customer service deserves.
