I found this company on the a interned. Their website is very helpful and their prices were compatible with others. I needed information regarding the circumference of the fitting for the ceiling so I called to find out. The information was with me within 15 minutes that helped to make my decision to purchase. When the lights arrived, they were well packed and the product was excellent. I would probably use them again when looking for lighting.

I ordered a mosaic torso lamp. It's nice but looks a little different coloured than on the website. Also it is about 1/4 the size that i was expecting. Would be useful to have the sizes on the website.

I ordered a couple of wall lights in chrome from The Famous Little Lamp Shop which seems to be a another name for affordable lighting as the reply for emails was to [email protected]. One the lights had a manufacturing flaw in the chrome. The Famous Little Lamp Shop aka Affordable Lighting sent a replacement with no problem which is just what should happen but often doesn't. Excellent after sales service as well as good prices.
I wanted some small screw thread golfballs, opaque for a bathroom fitting. went to the page, there were two images, one clear, one white, I ordered the white and clear turned up in the post. When I checked the page I saw that it had 'clear' written in the description under the image of a white one. Their explanation was that they're not being imported any more, they have to use the images on their website they are given by the manufacturer (???) and I should have checked the description more carefully. Offered a refund as long as I paid for the return postage, I declined the offer, went to [external reference removed] and immediately bought the product I wanted for almost half the price.
Service, price and lighting products were the best online.
l needed 36 downlights, 6 ceiling lights and 4 chandeliers for the next day. Called this company they had it all in stock and l got delivery the next day before noon. Even though l had tried 4 different lighting websites and none had the stock which l told Affordable Lighting, they still beat all the prices l had mentioned, great service.
